Picked up a Furch acoustic online. They helped me switch my order to a different guitar all via their chat support. Purchased guitar arrived quickly and in perfect condition. One request for North American, ditch the foam peanuts for shipping. They are a mess to deal with.

I highly recommend purchasing instruments from TNAG. Kim was honest and forthcoming about the condition of the instrument, offered a fair price, and made sure I would get it before a snow storm arrived.  Dropping a few thousand dollars for an instrument you've never played and having it shipped across the country is inherently worrisome, but you can trust TNAG to make this process work as best as possible. I love my new mandolin.
