I can't give a low enough rating. This is all snake oil medicine with lots of smoke and mirrors. It is absolutely worthless. To top it off when ordering somehow the order got screwed up and I got sent about 80 bottles of other supplements that are just as worthless. Total cost $4000. If you look up the cost of those supplements on eBay you could buy them all for $1200 if you wanted them. Now the issue is trying to get a refund or return authorization. I reached out via email 3 times and got a positive response wanting to help, until I tell them the problem and then I never hear from them again. Buyer beware don't get suckered like I did.

If I could give it a lower rating I would. I was sucked in and saw no difference. I normally don't fall for scams like this but using influential people faces in their ads is beyond reproach. After reading the problem with a refund it is not worth the trouble trying. I did the jump start (taking 2 a day, instead of 1) again, no change. Same ad but now the product is Quiet Nerve.

I recently purchased a product to try, based on the hype and discount.. Next month I noticed the same amount had been taken from my account. I found out they had me on a monthly supply basis. I did not select that option. Now I have to pay a fee to cancel it. This is nothing short of fraudulent practice. I found the NMN to be of no use and question it's authenticy

It just does not work. They make a lot of claims and try to send me more bottles than I want. I listen to Dr. Oz's pitch, which is just like the other pitches out there; it's all hype with no results. What a waste of money.

I took this product twice a day because I was told it would help faster. It's been almost 3 months and have not noticed any improvement. I think its a scam.

I want to get a refund so I hit refund button on the web page. Error 404 Contact button error 404. Let's see if I can contact someone by phone today. I think once they have your $ that's it. If I'm wrong I will write another review.

Stay away from this product, It did not work at all for me. I ordered and received 6 containers total, and no paper work with it. I cannot return the 4 un used containers because i have no order number. So take my word for it, don’t order this product called nerve easeI emailed them for a refund of the 3 containers I still have, and never heard back from them. I am not calling China on the number they list. Total Scam, DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT, and Amazon should NOT sell it.
