They find loopholes so its not technically a pyramid scheme. But it definitely has characteristics. Their marketing is awful. They use people and get them to rope their friends into “supporting” them on a Zoom call they call a “Business Grand Opening” then proceed to sale all of your friends on YOUR products right infront of you. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck…. It’s probably a duck.

This is literally just a MLM scheme and a pyramid scheme. Shame on them for still being in existence. Some (female dog) from their company tried to solicit to us and "played" dumb acting like they didn't see our clearly posted sign. They may not have been "playing" dumb if they work for this notoriously evil company. The fact that an infamous MLM still exists in 2026 is a failing of justice.

Products are cheap and way more expansive than safer options and cleaner products like Whole Foods store where you can easily return if you are unsatisfied. The biggest issue is the cult within the company selling other products like books and audios for motivation.

The experience was mostly made great by the seller who sells me the Amway products. He's phenomenal, knows the products in and out, is punctual, and gives me great tips!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I made a return back in late April, and the Credit Note № 8360870 was issued on May 11, 2026, for the amount of 225.53 EUR. Today is June 3, 2026, and the money has STILL NOT arrived in my Banco BPM account. To make matters worse, Amway Italy's support is caught in a web of lies. Today, they sent me two completely contradictory emails within just one hour: At 12:37, an operator named Jana claimed that the transfer was successfully executed way back on May 25. At 13:47, after I demanded the official TRN/CRO bank transaction code to prove it, another operator named Alessio admitted that they actually have NO details about the payment and are still "waiting for information" from their department. They are deliberately fabricating payment dates just to stall and illegally withhold my money. I have already officially upgraded my legal dispute with Altroconsumo (the Italian Consumer Protection Association) and informed the European headquarters. Stay away from this company!
