The ordering and scheduling process was…
The ordering and scheduling process was very straight forward and the monitoring center representatives were polite and helpful. Our installer arrived on time, was professional, able to answer all my questions and demonstrated proficiency in his craft. In a very short period of time we were up and running. I would and will recommend the monitoring center to my friends and family.

Jose who came to the house to activate…
Jose who came to the house to activate was awesome. I was not explained the full start up fee properly so therefore paid more than I was quoted which was a bit of a shock . Other than that all went well .

I was looking for a new monitoring…
I was looking for a new monitoring company because of my dissatisfaction with the one that I had for more than 10 years. I called TMC and the person that I spoke with was pleasant, courteous and helpful. The technician, Stephen, was also pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I called TMC because of the recommendations on NextDoor Neighbor and the nice things that they said about the Company. So far, the recommendations were right on.

Pet immunity?
Was told the sensors were pet immune and based the installation strategy on that. The installer (who was pushy and stressed out about being late for his next appointment) told me that they’re not, then was annoyed when I decided to move things around. I tested the sensor, my 10 pound cat did set it off.

Jose was personable and professional
Jose was personable and professional. The issue we had arose because a keypad was mounted right next to a heavy steel door that often closed with quite a thump. The keypad battery holder is poorly made in that the spring is too weak. The thump would cause a momentary power drop when the batteries shook, raising a fault condition that TMC detected. He and I agreed to move the pad to an adjacent wall that didn't get as much vibration from the thumps. No problems since then. Too bad the keypad is poorly made.
