Yes, comparable to most systems, this is cheap. However as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. My $9.99 a month service turned into $20.00 a month. The system cost me over $350.00 approximately to install (no land line). They don’t tell you that when you go to install. Had to pay more for a internet box as well. Have had nothing but issues with the key pad malfunction. Set appointments for a technician to come out to replace and third time they call at the last minute to cancel after waiting for a show up. Next appointment another 2+ weeks down the road. Will try to fit you in, no shows again. Pretty fed up. Will take my losses and cancel. Like I said, you get what you pay for. Will never recommend

Knowledgeable and attentive to the factors in place and how to make it work together. Appreciated the insight from the technician. Usually find very patient and helpful individuals on the phone when needed, too.

The service seems ok. The install was a horrible experience. First off they only come around once a month. Then after waiting weeks the installer showed up with out the system we ordered (which he knew he didn't have the day before) and then wanted to piece something together to "make it work". Well thats not what we paid for. Then some how this was all our fault. No attempt to make it right just leave our business with no alarm for another month when he returns. When I call to speak to a supervisor he puts me on a three way call with the tech who clearly did not want to return to the site and I listened to them haggle for about 40 minutes till I gave in and said forget it I will see you in a month. Once the system was installed I had asked to go over the system with me. Well it went like this "this is how you arm it and disarm it, the rest you can look up online. oh and here is the name of the app. pretty self explanatory" So I wait two months for my system to be upgraded and then he was in such a hurry I spent the next 2 hours on the phone with tech support trying to go over setting the rest of the system up. I only give it two stars because the monitoring service is cheaper. The rest was a horrible experience!

Friends told me about your service. They come to the house when they said they would. Price is what they said it would be. Service seem exactly the same as I had with ADT. So far all is good. Had not had any issues so far. Will see how it works if I do. The person who I dealt with to set it up was very nice and professional. Explained everything. Gentleman who did instalation was also professional. Very neat and did good job. So far I love it and especially love the rate.
