I will never do business with The Monitoring Center again.

I have been a customer of The Monitoring Center for probably over ten years. I have paid for four installations. Their $9.99 ad is bogus. That only works for a land line. Anything else like cell will cost your more. Today I have an install scheduled. I drove to the site and left a payment. My sister was going to sign the paperwork for the install. I was told that was a no-go. The person who signs the paperwork, must benthe same person who pays for it. That did not happen on my last two installs. I will never again do business with this company nor recommend it.

Thank you for your business first and foremost Gregory. As you know our landline monitoring is $9.99/month. Within the security industry once there is another communication path there are additional communication costs involved. After reviewing your file I discovered all of your locations are currently cellular communication and you are only paying $19.99/month. With reference to your appointment, we do apologize for any inconvenience however I would hope you do not want to employ a security company that does not follow legal guidelines. In reviewing your file we do have your signature on all contracts. I repeat my email from yesterday, "We in no way have proceeded in order to upset you as we do appreciate your business. We did verify upon confirmation that you would be present for the appointment as we have a legal obligation to have the owner sign documentation. Please advise if you would like us to email you the documentation ahead of time and reschedule for you upon receipt of the signed documentation.
