We recently changed from another alarm…
We recently changed from another alarm monitoring system/company. The setting of the appointment was simple and the technician was on time. He did not have all components and needed to come back to complete the installation. The tech was knowledgable and answered all our questions. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Upgrading of Alarm and Price
In regards to my personal experience, I’m a bit disappointed with the service. I was given one price, then when the technician came over, he said that it was going to be more expensive, based on my home and that the office could not possibly know what I needed because they were not at the house. I then decided to call the office and discuss this, I left a message for them to call me back. I’m still waiting for the callback. Very upset about this. I also had to agree and sign for the extra money, or the technician would not do the work. Very unprofessional and upsetting. He didn’t even suggest calling the office to discuss this. Also, I need to add that it was around 7:00am and there was no one in the office, but he should have been able to contact someone. Not happy about this!
