Great friendly customer service, arrived on time, answered all of my questions.

I just wanted to thank the staff I dealt with recently who assisted me in getting a security system in my uncle's home in Toronto during a trying time. We have your system in our home at 66 Concord Street, Fonthill, ON already and are quite pleased with it. My 97 year old uncle got sick at Christmas and he has been healthy and independent in his own home til now. Suddenly, I had to make many arrangements as he was in hospital for a while and needed extra things organized for the future situations. It was an odd situation for them as I was working as a Power of Attorney with the necessary documentation, but my uncle was not present during call or at installation time. Mirella H was the customer service rep whom I worked with one the phone to gather a system together to help cover the areas needed. She was lovely and patient and helpful in her suggestions. When I contacted her back to place the order, she was efficient and remembered the situation. It was arranged very smoothly. Mike was the tech who arrived on time the day of the snow storm we had recently. It was the only day I had to get this done. Mike was very honest about what was needed to connect the control pad and unit and this is hard in the old Toronto plaster lathe homes. It just so happened what was required was nearby and in the basement below the area needed. Mike was so accurate and immaculate with how he arranged to do all the work within the little hall closet at the entrance. He then mounted the control unit on the outside of the closet wall by the front door. You would never know he had done any work and it was so precise. Mike worked for quite a while installing all the items throughout the house needed and ensured they were all tested and working and showed me the process before leaving. The first time I came in and tried to decode it, of course, I set off the alarm. The two ladies and tech I spoke with were patient and helpful explaining what had happened and how to correct it. It worked. It was me in too much of a hurry to get in . Both Mike and Mirella made arranging this all and completing this so stressfree and a relief. The tech people are also very patient and helpful. Thanks Monitoring Center and staff. I have already recommended you to another person who had been contemplating having a system in their Toronto house. I would recommend your service and prices to anyone asking.

The installation technician was knowledgeable and efficient in his hook-up and testing of our existing system and the transfer of service to The Monitoring Centre. He arrived on time and called a few minutes early to let me know he was on the way as I had requested.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Offered cost effective home monitoring services compared to competitors. Only wish they also offered security camera service as well.

Adam, the service technician was great with the installation and set up. He got the old system up and running and the additions made will provide the security we wanted. Awesome alarm service as well. This is our second house we've had The Monitoring Center service. Switched providers 2 years ago and had better service at a much lower cost. Highly recommend.

Installers were very clean, courteous and helped me decide on how best to protect my home.
