I was a little hesitant as I've never ordered here before. I pre-ordered osme pop figures late last year and hadn't gotten them in April. I know most places have been later in deliveries because of the pandemic so I didn't mind the wait. However I hadn't ordered here before so I emailed them asking about it. They were very quick with a reply and comforted my fears of it being a scam. They told me why it was late and even gave me info about it with some estimated dates and supply. Not long after did my order come in perfect condition with protective cases. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

all of my halo bundle pop set arrived in mint condition and they threw in a pop protector for the chase! these guys rock! i will definitely be back to buy more in the future!

Holding hostage a persons money for a year while you experience logistics issues should be a crime. Change your policies. I will never do business with you again because of your cancellation policy, terrible order fulfillment time frames and hold my funds for an exorbitant amount of time such that should you decide to swindle me and send no merchandise I would have no recourse to claim fraud because of the purchase window being a year prior

Nicely packaged and fast delivery

I paid for package protection, my box was damaged. All 3 pops are considered not mint but the worst of the worst is a half smashed pop.. email sent asking for a replacement with only an auto reply.. its been 4 days and if these guys are anything like m3, I won't get a response at all.

Took forever to get to me.

This was the FIRST time I ever purchased anything from The Mighty Hobby Shop. I WAS THRILLED WITH MY SHIPMENTS! They were AMAZING! They shipped with care and really protected my pops. There are not many companies that do this anymore. I will definitely use them again! SOON!

After 6 months past my expected ship date I decided to cancel my pre order because I was able to pick up the pop in different store. The fact that you charged a %15 cancellation fee is theft you provide no update and customer service was useless. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER GO ELSEWHERE! Will never be back. And will continue to warn people about the way you run your business. Seriously just all around awful experience.
