There were no updates on my order. I had to reach out to get the status of my order. That is not great customer service.

It took me over 2 years to get my order, and the day after I ask about it, it magically is available in a shipment coming in that day and gets shipped immediately.

Pre ordered a pop two years ago Then got a refund when I didn’t want that

Ordered item 4/1/24 with expectations to receive it by July or August. Understand also that this item had been mistakenly double ordered by myself through a separate vendor. We received the other vendors shipment as promised at the end of August. The same item that mighty hobby shop now says they don’t expect until the earliest November if there are no more additional delays.

Item arrived on time and exactly what i ordered, thank you.

Still haven’t received what I ordered! Very disappointed with this business! Won’t buy from again!!!! F- rating.

The item received was in a protector and came in great condition. The shipper was fast and careful.

The product was severely damaged inside the package 📦.. so it was done purposely by yous, the outside of the box that the funko was delivered in had no damage.And the funko was open and also damaged.
