The MailworksReviews of themailworks.com

I absolutely LOVE Pretty Polite. As a designer, at Heaven + Fifth Design Studio, we are always so excited to show our clients what we can offer with the help of Pretty Polite. They are SO FAST, have GREAT customer service, are always there to answer my little questions and fix my little quirks. They even called me to verify an address so they made sure it shipped to the correct place! Businesses do not do that anymore! They definitely put the personal back in printing! They are amazing and Brittany and Brianne are both awesome and help me to no end. It feels good to have a reliable printing partner that can help me grow my business!

I can not say enough good things about Pretty Polite. As a visual designer, the quality and perfection of the final work is always my top priority. Working with a team of professionals that have the same values made my job much easier. My first rough draft I requested a hard copy proof for a small fee. For me, it was worth seeing and feeling the quality of the product to show my client before going further. It gave me and my client a good base to work with in creating the final product. Thank you so much, to the team especially to Brittany and Brianne for an outstanding job!

Flexible, friendly and easy to work with.

Great experience working with Natalie at Mailworks! I had a massive rush order that I needed to get fulfilled in under a week. Natalie worked very quickly and efficiently to the order in on time with great quality. I would highly recommend Mailworks for your printing needs!

The reception cards and place cards we ordered were beautiful. The designer was easy to work with. Customer service was great! We were on a very tight timeframe and they handled it graciously. Thank you!!!

Since working with The Mailworks I have had nothing but good experience. The company has competitive rates, excellent, prompt, and attentive customer service with super-fast response time. Postcards look great & my business is growing. I am increasingly doing more business with the company & would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable source for printing & bulk mail !!!! Five stars all across the board. Tommy Empire State Diamond, inc.

Working with the team at MailWorks has been great. Overall we have done around 5 direct mail pieces with them over the last few years. This time, we asked them to help us with a very complicated project using variable pieces and hand matching. We are already planning to work with them again in the future.

We have been using The Mailworks for over 10 years and never had a single issue. Prompt response, willing to work on deadline when we are rushing, contact us if there are any questions and send corrected lists so our files are up to date. Quality work and very reasonable prices! Highly recommended.
