Amazing quality! I ordered save the dates that come with the envelope and the personilized stamps. The stamps are shipped seperately just an FYI. Over all quality was amazing. Can't wait to order my wedding invites in a couple of months !

Easy, quick, and pretty!

Overall, I really did think this company was great. The email communication was a little slow at times, but when all was said and done, I placed my order late on a Sunday night, and my invitations were at my door eight business days later. There was some back-and-forth over email about design elements for about four days, and on the fifth day, a Friday, my order went in for printing. Everything arrived on my doorstep the following Wednesday. I did "Print Your Own" through Pretty Polite as my friend custom designed my invitation suite for me. I was very, very pleased with the quality of PP's work. The only semi-negative thing I experienced was that there should have been more specifics about file requirements for special embellishments such as the foil when doing Print Your Own. Perhaps this info is somewhere on the website, but I definitely did not see anything. Both my friend and I scoured the site to make sure we had everything in order to ensure that there was a quick turn-around, but we ended up having to go back-and-forth with the PP designer which took up additional time. Since I happen to live in the same city the PP is located in, I also found it frustrating that I could not do a direct pick-up. I know that they do not have a retail operation and local delivery was free next-day shipping, but that one-day difference threw my entire timetable off. Despite a few minor things that I didn't love, I thought Pretty Polite was ver good to work with and I will do so again.

The communication by the designer, Maigan, was phenomenal. She created matching envelopes. The final product was amazing and we received many compliments. The overall experience was wonderful!
