Extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you for everything!

Two of my kids lost one AirPod, so I ordered them each a replacement from TheMacMerchant.com. We received them in a very timely manner. Only to find out, that I had ordered the wrong ones. TheMacMerchant.com staff went above and beyond to help me get the right ones even though it was my mistake. I would recommend TheMacMerchant.com to anyone!

Buying used electronics over the internet sight unseen is always a risk. Ordered a Open Box iPad Pro 10.5 (2017 model). Arrived and was in Mint Condition. Checked battery life/efficiency and only 4 full cycles were used. So description was accurate. Item was well priced for Buy It Now Price on eBay. Had several email communications with Mac Merchant during purchase and shipping process and they were rapid and helpful. Recommend.

Service was fast and I love my products. I will definitely use you again. Thank you so much!@

I am very pleased with AppleTV I received. Looks and functions like new.

Everything OK, fast delivery to Chile. Product in excellent condition. Happy with my purchase. Thanks.

The AppleTV 4K is an amazing improvement over the 2nd generation one. It works and at a great price from these guys. They also shipped it out quickly. I’d recommend buying from them.

I recently bought an Apple watch from the MacMerchant and couldn't be more pleased with his honesty and great service. The watch is in new condition and works perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.
