Thank you thank you! I received my replacement air pod clean and 1 day earlier than I expected. Thanks for the little note for the instructions in the package. It worked great!

They are rock stars. I ordered the left air pod instead of the right one and they immediately contacted me and changed the order before shipping. That is costumer service. Thank you

I reached out to the store and their customer service was great. Also, I received the package very quickly.

I ordered the wrong Air Pod and needed to exchange for another. Mac Merchant emailed me right back and told me which model I needed and what to do for an exchange. There was an issue on my end with the post office when sending it back and Mac Merchant did everything they could to make things right. Communication was excellent and I really appreciated everything they did. I will most definitely shop with them again in the future. Need more businesses like this.

Amazing Service with product that looked brand new!

Great service!

I'm happy with my purchases.

Great great service from this company! Ordered my right replacement airpod and received it several days after my order was placed. I was able to track my shipping and when I received my AirPods it was just as described. Paired it up and it worked seamlessly. It was clean and visibly in immaculate condition. When I need a replacement I will shop here again. Thank you so much for delivering on your products! When I need a replacement I will shop here again.
