Completely ignored my requests for a return. Their return policy is fake.

Awful service! I waited 15 days for the product that I ordered to arrive after they said it was “lost in transit.” When I finally received the order, I found out they sent me the WRONG GENERATION. I’ve emailed them 3 time after they sent me the wrong order and still haven’t received an email back. Now I’m stuck with a product that I paid $55 for which doesn’t work. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Terrible customer service and product was a pile of garbage

The Apple TV I bought came in a plastic baggie. After 3 h trying to get it to work, I gave up. It was obviously faulty. I emailed right away requesting a return, but after a week am still waiting for a response! Stay away from this merchant

I ordered an iPad on dec 1st. It said expedited 1-3 day shipping, so I expected it to be delivered before Christmas. I’ve emailed them 4 times. 3 times to get an eta or to figure out a solution. 1 time asking for a refund.....still no response
