Very prompt in replies and getting back to me with room availabilities. A couple of ppl in the team helped to reply me when each member was away, gd team behind the scenes I am thinking. Just can't help wondering if they could beat the rates available on other sites? if just slightly, they would be my de-facto site for such bookings.

Choosing Luxe Nomad as my go to booking for our upcoming Niseko trip was the right decision. Chloe, my reservation officer was very accommodating and helpful in securing my suites. Even made an extra effort to meet my requests. Her help was beyond my expectation from a hotel and lodging company if I may call Luxe nomad such. I must say that Luxe Nomad is the perfect travel buddy, they make planning and enjoying one’s trip a truly memorable one with their competent and attentive staff. They provide and arrange add on services, from ski school to a babysitter, grocery delivery and even a personal chef so as to make the planning a little more easy. Luxe Nomad goes beyond the usual booking that gives off a refreshing change for travellers. Keep up the superb service!

I'm extremely satisfied with the service given by The Luxe Nomad. They're very friendly and welcoming throughout the booking process, especially Tessa. She's been with me for quite a long time and I'm extremely satisfied with her service. Good experience overall, especially this is the first time where I make my booking through the Luxe Nomad. Keep up the good job !

The help given by the team is good and responsive. They have been helpful in finding my villa and within the budget. Now, I am liaising with the Concierge team to make sure my stay is perfect. I won't accept anything less. I still have not stayed in my 'villa' yet which is only next year! Will keep things posted here. Only thing I have to complain is the quality of the line contacting them i.e. in Australia (via phone) was very poor. Not too sure whether it was a VOIP connection. Theluxenomad, please look into the matter especially when clients like me had to make an international call from Malaysia. Thanks and keep up the good work!
