One star is too much. This company is a scam. Stay away! They took 4 weeks to ship, promised a refund once I disputed the charge if I returned the items and now they have the returned item and my money as somehow my disputed charge was ruled that I was “responsible.”

I should revise before bought, what can we do? They'll never give my money back? I knew about loomsap thru Instagram, can I put a complaint on Instagram to not let them to fool more people? Is there any federal institution that can do something? Anyone knows what to do?

SCAM ALERT. Tracking number given not recognized by any major shipping company. Loomsap slow to respond, and when they did answer emails they were always same response “we show it delivered”. Bold faced lie!

My payment was taken immediately, but they still haven't even posted it and I've had no response to multiple attempts to contact customer service. 😞📦 I've tried reaching out through the available channels and have received no updates, no explanation, and no communication. Before placing an order, I'd strongly suggest checking recent customer experiences and considering whether you're comfortable with this level of service. 🚩🚩🚩 Lumi Shop, please contact me and provide an update on my order.

Would give ZERO stars if possible. I thought I was in good hands ordering through Shop app. After the initial email confirmation, I received no communication from the site regarding shipping. After 3 weeks, I emailed the merchant to ask for an update on my order and received no reply. Then I went to file a complaint through the Shop app and all they did was forward my complaint to the merchant. So I disputed the charge through my bank. The next day I finally got an email from the merchant saying my order was shipped. That was 2 days ago. When I click the tracking it only says a label has been created. So now I have no order, no refund, and I'm waiting to see if I will get either. I haven't had such a poor experience with an online merchant before. I wish I had never done business with them in the first place....2 weeks later and the nightmare continues. The tracking link still shows that a label was created. I did at least get a refund through my bank while the visa department continues their investigation. Meanwhile, I get 2 emails from THE LUMI SHOP. One shows an order (a new order with a different order number) listing only one of the two items I originally ordered, with a discount applied for the total amount of the item. The second email, and this is kind of humorous, is a request for a review of the item. I have still not received either item so I'm wondering if this business is either a scam or simply run by incompetent people.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience with The Lumi Shop. Part of my order was missing upon delivery, and when I reached out to customer service, I was initially told that “extra goodies” had been included to make up for the missing items. However, no extra or substitute items were included in my package — I only received the two dresses I originally ordered. When I asked for clarification about the supposed extra items, my question was never answered. Instead of offering a refund for the undelivered items, I was repeatedly offered a $20 store credit (my missing items totaled closer to $40) or a delayed replacement shipment weeks after the original delivery date. I understand businesses have policies, but I expected more transparency and accountability regarding items that were never delivered. Unfortunately, this experience has left me unwilling to shop with them again.

If I could give this a zero I would. This company is another total scam. Nothing is like it's advertised. You CANNOT easily cancel through the app or website. When I called on the day they charged me I was told basically "too bad you didn't cancel early enough". Would NEVER recommend them!

Total scam. Disliked my first consulting service so I canceled my membership. I was then charged $199.99 a year later. When I requested a refund, they claimed i only canceled my seasonal consultations not my membership. Never responded to my subsequent emails
