I was charged approximately $370 by Legends Trading for multiple evaluation accounts. Although I received emails confirming account creation, the accounts never appeared on my dashboard and I never had access to them after the charges were processed. I contacted support and provided screenshots showing that there were no active accounts visible on my dashboard. Despite explaining this and asking for the issue to be escalated, the responses I received only repeated company policy and did not address the fact that the accounts were never accessible on my end. Being charged for services that were never available to access through the platform is extremely frustrating. I hope the company improves how situations like this are handled in the future.

idiot prop firm, dont even try it, they closed my account for exceeding the contract size which was 2 and i opened 3 by mistake and close 1 the moment i saw it. They closed my account for such stupidity, the system shouldnt allow more than 2 and should reject it, but they allow it just for u to fail and get a reason to close your account, idiotic company. Thats why more than 20% of review are 1 star, even 1 star is too much to give.......dont even try it!

I attempted to use a promotioal bogo code on there website. I put in the correct code, but forgot to add the second account. I immediately emailed and asked could they manually add the account. I was told no. I then asked if they could cancel my order, so I could place it again, and I was also told no. I realize this was my error, but it was a simple mistake. One I tried to correct within a few minutes of purchase. Customer service was 0 help.

Quest’ultima non avevo iniziato a lavorala subito ed anche per una serie di disavventure, come uno slippage di 15punti con lo stop in pari sono riuscito a chiuderla tre ore prima della chiusura del mercato e l’ultimo giorno utile prima che scattasse il rinnovo mensile il giorno successivo. Era un venerdì sera e sono uscito con gli amici. A mezzanotte mi arriva sul telefono una notifica questa: Siamo lieti di informarti che il tuo account *** ha superato con successo la fase di valutazione. Grazie per la tua dedizione e il tuo duro lavoro. Per qualsiasi domanda o necessità di assistenza, non esitare a contattare il nostro team di supporto. Buon trading! Email che non conteneva nessuna istruzione, nessun link ne segnalava l’urgenza dell’attivazione del PA onde evitare l’INUTILE pagamento del rinnovo. Al risveglio del sabato, non un giorno di trading, né di borsa aperta sempre sul telefono ho visto la notifica del pagamento. Ho contattato l’assistenza via chat chiedendo quale era l’indirizzo email o il link per aprire un ticket ma mi è stato risposto che svolgevano quasi tutto tramite chat. Mai trovato una Prop così. Ho proseguito i contatti varie volte pur nella celerità delle risposte alcune contrastanti a seconda dell’interlocutore ma per quasi totalità delle risposte si è trattato di un copia incolla delle Faq e mai sono entrati nel merito della questione. Inoltre nelle email ricevute non c’era mai la citazione del mio messaggio. In sostanza supporto rapido ma inefficiente, mancanza di uno luogo dove aprire il ticket e tenerne traccia. Giudizio fortemente negativo per non avere nemmeno tentato di venire incontro alla mia obbiezione non avendo io avuto neppure il tempo di attivare e pagare il PA a poche ore dalla notifica ufficiale.

Stay FAR AWAY from Legends Trading Firm. They do not honor payout requests and take a massive portion of your profits when you transition to live. Once you go live, you cannot withdraw any of the first $20,000. Only profits beyond that which is completely misleading. It takes 24 days to get a live account. Joke. What makes it worse is that they changed the rules. The max cap used to be $17,700 per account and now it's reduced to $4,000 per account causing traders to lose a significant amount of earned profits. This change alone wiped out months of work. They are extremely quick to close accounts over minor rule violations even if the account has a positive balance. You can lose everything instantly. Overall, this firm feels shady, unfair and constantly changing the goalposts. If you value trasnparency and keeping the profits you earn, look elsewhere. Like Lucid, Tradeify, Topstep.

Legends just terminated multiple of my accounts — worth over $400 a month — because of a single accidental trade in an instrument similar to the MYM. Their so-called “hedging” rule is not only nonsensical but demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of actual market behavior. Even the CBOE and most professional trading guidance acknowledge that correlated instruments can show short-term divergence (and even recommend trading in a way that is defined as "hedging"...) — that’s the basis of mean-reversion trading. I wasn’t hedging. I was trading in line with the market, exactly as any rational trader would in a mean-reversion setup. Yet, instead of any review or reasonable discussion, they simply nuked five accounts without warning. No opportunity to explain or correct an honest mistake — just gone. What’s worse is that this restriction punishes active traders who rely on correlated-index relationships — a cornerstone of real market strategy — and replaces sound judgment with rigid, arbitrary enforcement. For a firm that markets itself as trader-friendly, Legends operates like a rulebook designed to fail people. If you value flexibility, transparency, or even common sense, avoid Legends entirely. Their policies are inconsistent with real-world trading logic and their customer support shows no interest in resolving legitimate issues. I’ve worked with several prop firms — Legends stands out for all the wrong reasons.

Website stated the max amount to be moved to Live for a $150K account (eg) is $7500. Recently when I checked, the amount was reduced to $4.5K. I spoke with Support and they confirmed that the changes were made without notification to the Traders. Red flag. Trust is broken. I am not sure what else is changed and what may change going forward without any notice. I have since stopped trading with this firm. Side note - Support is prompt and good though.
