The Legacy PrintingReviews of thelegacyprinting.com

They are the scammers. They are just thirsty for money. They don’t fulfill their commitments like they tell you before getting the payment. Once you pay them, they are gone and will never come back. Full of lies.

I ordered custom cleanser boxes from this company back in 2023 and had no issues. Everything arrived on time and looked great. I recently re-launched my cleanser and wanted boxes made again so I reached out to them for a new quote. I noticed several bad reviews on their Google and Yelp listings from the last couple years with customers calling them scammers, so I asked them directly about this via email AND over a phone call, which they explained to me these were left by their competitors who are trying to destroy their business. I thought this was strange and felt very hesitant, but because I had a good experience years ago, I decided to give them my trust and submitted an order. Luckily I did so using a credit card.. They quoted me 20 days total from production to delivery. I noticed as soon as I paid the rep I was working with, “James,” seemed to change his tone with me and was slower to reply to my emails. This was the first red flag. A month goes by and still nothing from them; no shipment tracking, no boxes, just excuses upon excuses. Now I’m nearly 6 weeks out from placing my order and it’s clear this is a complete scam, so the reviews are correct, you will never receive your order. I looked up their business address on Loop Net and the building is vacant so it’s not even a legitimate business. I’m not sure what happened to the original Legacy Printing company, but they are not the same company they were three years ago. I also reached out to one of the small businesses that left a review two months ago, and he said they scammed him out of a ton of money. I’ve filed fraud reports and I hope others do to, because taking advantage of small businesses is just evil. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Stay away from this company at all costs. They’re THIEVES.

Phillip was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We are very happy with the custom boxes we received from Legacy Printing.

Product came as agreed. Service was very responsive, profesional and timely. Good to know I could get such service in the UK at a reasonable price.

The Legacy Printing provided sharp, high-quality prints with fast delivery. Excellent service and truly reliable printing company. Highly recommended!

Their design team was great at helping everything make sense and fall into place.

Response to my request was very quick - and it stayed very quick during the whole process. The leadtime was longer than I wished for, but the end result is great.
