SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM --- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought this product FOUR YEARS AGO on Indiegogo and have received NOTHING !!! STAY AWAY !!

I’m a Kickstarter backer and still waiting for my lamp to get delivered. I did even try to contact them for the great individual shipping option. What happened is that they didn’t reply anymore in the end and their last response is from Oct 2019. It was just a scam project after all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is a fraudulent rip off. I purchased 2 lamps in 2017, which were NEVER received and no refund was EVER received either. I reached out to this "company" several times over the past 3 years, and requested a refund several times in 2019. Every time I messaged I received a run around, with no resolution and no products ever received. Unfortunately when I reached out to paypal for help getting a refund it had already been way passed the 6month deadline to dispute. End result I am out several hundred dollars, I would not recommend anyone purchase from this company unless they enjoy throwing money away. Very disgusted. Lampster can refute this claim if they wish, however, I have all of the correspondence and transaction records that would make that very difficult

Backed their Lamp on Kickstarter (two lamps). Got one with extreme delay, and suddenly radio silence. After having sent them several requests for status I am told that the other colour is not available. I pick another, not available, then one more not available. Finally I get one they have, and now they really start excelling in bad customer service. ... I then receive an email where they charge extra shipment if I want to receive my lamp. I have already payed for shipment once, but now they want more. Do not do business with these guys - they will cheat you out of your money.

I have ordered a Lampster in January 2016 (5 years ago), and they haven't delivered anything. End of 2019, they removed my account and my order details from their website. When you contact the support, they always reply with canned/evasive responses. I have filed a case at ECC Belgium, but after investigation, it appears that their company has been created in the Delaware state (US) (even if it seems they are operating from Romania). So the only option is a class action in the US. FYI these guys have raised: 1 327 559 $ on Kickstarter 1 352 940 € on Indiegogo + the money from non-backers like me

I am an original backer and I have yet to receive my product. At this point I wish I could gather all of those who backed the project initially and create some sort of class action suit. Absolutely terrible company!! How the F are you going to treat your original investors like this. Absolute BS.

As with just about everyone from Kickstarter, we've been waiting and waiting and waiting for our deliveries. Ordered and paid for (with shipping) early 2016... almost 5 years later the guys at the company are still having "production issues" and have pretty much said that if I want my lamp I need to pay for extra shipping. Looking for a company that holds your order for ransom? Look no further than this abysmal group.

I'm still waiting on my Lampster which I paid for on May 30 2016! Now they are telling me I have to pay extra shipping and won't send across any details. So it looks like they have stock as you can buy one on their FB page yet, as an original kickstarter backer, I'm still being treated like garbage and not getting my order. Anyone else in this situation still? 🤬
