Backed this project 5 years ago and still I haven't received anything. They promised to send the lamp and never did that, until you're going to pay an extra for the expedition. Total scamm

It's been 5 years now. Occasionally they respond usually to state if I pay them more money they will ship directly. Original Kickstarter said they shipped anywhere in the world. Now they say they can only ship with a container full unless I pay extra. I've given up ever seeing my purchase but wanted to warn others. This site and the guys running it are clearly scammers.

A complete SCAM. I was one of the original Kickstarter backers over 4 years ago. Never received my lamp nor my money back. Contacted them about 2 years ago, then again 1 year later. They claimed they needed to charge me for extra shipping (over what I had already paid), and said they'd send me an invoice for the extra charge. Invoice never came. Never responded to my email asking about the invoice. Buyer beware: they are total scammers, as many reviews on here have already pointed out.

I too ordered from Kickstarter over 4 years ago and have received nothing. Not even an email, last correspondence was over 2 years ago with more lies about shipping and/or plugs etc. Just a total scam, amazed that they are still taking new orders.

It has been 5 years since backing their project on Kickstarter. After years of waiting, they refuse to fulfill the order, thousands of backers complaining on Reddit, FB, KS, google it before dealing with this company. My previous reviews got deleted without explain. Most of the projects use KS as PR, it should be marketing with all benefits to the brand/company, even Chinese manufactures know it, but these two are so shortsighted waste probably the only reputation/opportunity they could get in their whole life.

I have been waiting for four years, and still no product has been delivered. After sending numerous emails and Facebook messages over the years to them, their current response is a demand for even more money to cover shipping (already paid for shipping in the initial order) and a refusal to ship the product otherwise.

1 étoile parce que zéro ce n'est pas possible... un scandale ce projet... Commandé via kickstarter il y a 6 ans et toujours rien reçu... ils voudraient que je paie plus pour le transport alors qu'ils le proposent maintenant gratuit pour le monde entier sur leur site...
