LampsterReviews of thelampster.com

I had an issue with the Lampster and i have to say that on the warranty part i was pleasant surprised. Everything was exchanged and even received a small gift. Thank you, guys!

Cool product, slow delivery for the Kickstater backers. I have received the one from the campaign and bought another one fron the website. The one from the website came in 12 days. Besides that, the lamp is really cool.

Contacted these guys on facebook as I was facing issues with the app, i could not connect to the lamp. The guy that handles facebook was prompt and told me that I should wait for an update that it's about to be released, and in case I still face issues to contact them again, and this is what I've done. The guy guided me through each step and it turns out that the issue was due to a battery saving setting that I had on my phone.

Got my Black Army Lampster since 05/2018. It’s awesome, the whole family loves it. We even kept it overnight for the little ones. Absolutelly no problems with it

After reading the story behind the lampster I decided to order one, even though the odds were not favourable as reading all over the internet these guys were not very trustfull and the general impresion was that it's a complete waste of money. Nothing more wrong than this! The story this little guy that sits on my desk tells, worth every penny spent on it. The cord that comes from the back of this guys head does not represent a problem as I was reading through various other reviews on internet. The quality of the paint is top notch, the balance between the cold/warm ligh is exactly what you need and makes this lamp perfect for any activity that you want.

... and that should be recommendation enough. But beside of that - my Army Lampster was worth waiting for. I was one of the Kickstarter Backers who waited for "their" Lampster for years. But all the anger and mistrust where gone when I got the parcel in my hand and wrapped it out. The Design is stylish, the quality is good, the lamp works well and the handling with the App is easy. During the time I had several contacts to the customer service. They where always friendly and helpful. In our times we know the concept of instant pleasure very well. We spend money and get the things we paid for in hours or days. For me it was a good experience to have the chance to accompany a product nearly from the first idea. I saw it rise and where witness of the development and the production until I finally got it in my hand. There are designers, engineers and people in the production who stand behind the Lampster with all of their heart. This is, what makes "My LAMPSTER" for me more than just a Lamp.

Finally received it!!! After a long wait, the army green lampster sits on my desk. Have to admit that this thing looks awesome and it brings a fine touch in my room that is stuffed with army things as I am an airsoft passionate. Now what you need to know when buying this, is that you don't buy it for the light that it makes in your room (even tough the light is more than enough), you buy it for the story it tells. Great work, guys!

I have ordered this piece of art a while ago and must admit that it took longer to arrive than I was expecting. Nevertheless, all the waiting has been forgotten once I received it. During unboxing my husband told me that I looked like a child on christmas unboxing his present. The quality of materials are better than expected. I was a little bit anxios as I was reading that in some cases the lapster arived with cracked glass due to transportation, or that the neck is loose. Not the case. The head of the lamp sits in any position you want, and the cord that comes from the head does not represent a problem. This piece trully puts the personal mark in my room.
