Update: Finally received my lampster today! Was it worth the wait? Yes, it looks great Rating upgrade from 1 star to 4.

Backer 1847 and I have received all 5 of the Lampsters for which I pledged. I live in the US and 4 of the 5 were quick shipped. These include Green Army, Plain Green, Green Artsy, Blue Artsy & Black Tuxedo. All were received as expected and the units are quite nice. Yes there were delays during communication and yes I decided to pay for quick shipping in an effort to support the project and to receive units originally planned as gifts. Overall I am 4 stars pleased with the product received. I'm sure some of the new naysayers will claim I'm a fake reviewer but that's their uneducated opinion as I've posted on this Kickstarter project since the beginning. Increased communication by the creators and less hostile verbiage from the backers would calm the waters for all. I'm sure I'll be ripped by the naysayers for that comment..but c'est la vie to those folks. To all others I am hopeful you receive your pledges soon.

Just received my lamp. Just what I expected, it is great. Just had to wait a long time. I stayed in amicable communication with the developers and they did respond to all of my inquiries. I was just lucky that my color was ready for shipment with expedited shipping. It is a great product, but their production time was not the best. Hopefully they will get their productions to be more efficient to fulfill all orders in due time

Update: I got - after 3 years - now my lampster. It's really a cool product and looks great on my desk. Somehow the feeling is like when you see the kids who did a bad joke with you, first you are angry (here because of the too long delivery time) but when you see the result and how cute it looks you cant be angry anymore. For all who are still waiting: keep going, you will love the product when you finally get it.
