Did Kickstarter campaign December 2015. Never received item and when you try to contact team, they say shipping in a few months. Not sure why this company cannot be honest with people who backed them. Was for my son and well nothing except a scam as I see it. Do not buy one or pay to change shipping. Buyer Beware.

We are waiting now for more than two years. Mails are rarely answered, always with delay infos. Most time no answer at all.We asked for refund, but they do nothing. Neither refund nor lamp ordered in November 2016! Attention no service, no refund,no delivery!!

Only getting one star, because zero isn’t an option. I ponied up my hard earned dollars to help these guys’ project come to fruition, and they haven’t so much as replied to an inquiry I made 16 months ago! I’ve been patient, supportive, and polite - this certainly hasn’t been reciprocated. These guys have actually gone as far as suggesting they may have no inclination to send a backer their rewards, because they didn’t like their comments about lampster being a scam. I’ve never invested in an entity that displayed such a complete and utter disregard for its investors. I get that things happen, but this thing was fully funded in 2015! This project is over 2.5 years past the expected delivery date, and we’re being ignored, getting rare updates, and misleading information. It’s no wonder some people believe this is a scam. Despite taking our money on the Kickstarter platform, they have told people on the there, that they’ll no longer be using it to communicate with backers. They suggested we sign up for Facebook and communicate on there. I don’t understand why a company would do this to itself. Stuff happens - get in front of it!

Backed this project in Dec 2015. This will never come. Estimated delivery was Jun of 2016. Almost 3 years ago. Unbelievable.

Like everyone else on here, I've been waiting years. Emails, Facebook messages, comments on the Kickstarter page... nothing gets a straight answer. It's always "your region is next", "It will ship in 3 months". Then they slap everyone in the face and say we can pay extra to get our stuff shipped faster. 3 years is a joke.

I've been waiting 3 years, and there have only 3 updates in the last 12 months... that is beyond unacceptable. I understand delays, and unexpected issues, but communication, even bad news in an update is 1000% better than no news. This lamp looks amazing, and was my wife's Christmas present for me over 3 years ago... I still want it, even if it takes another year but I want some updates!

I'm backer 944 on Kickstarter. Backed this fun little thing back in 2015, figured it would be a nice gift for myself for my 30th birthday.. Now over 3 years later, I'm still waiting on my order. I've been in contact with the company a few times over the years, trying to figure out when I would receive my lamp, but never received an exact shipment date. Always very vague: somewhere in the next few months, soon, blablabla.... Last update I had was somewhere last year, where they promised me delivery around september or oktober of 2018.. it's february 2019 now, and I still didn't receive anything. Honestly, I don't think I will ever receive my order.

Backed Lampster during their kickstarter campaign. This June will be three years from the expected delivery date and have still received nothing. Didn't expect to be scammed, but I guess that is just the way of things some times. If you are considering purchasing from Lampster.com, I would avoid it like the plague. Even if they did ship you something, you would be receiving it on the backs of the 6,000 of us who haven't received anything...
