I have not received the lamp, so can't comment about it's alleged quality, more likely it's attributes are terrific like many other unicorns. I am.terribly disappointed.

Backer #2932 The design was well done the implimentation of the build it terrible and the lack of communication is embarrassing. I've been a part of a dozen or so projects and some have gone smoothly and others have been delayed but almost without exception every other project has felt like there is a plan. This project seems to be completely rudderless. There is no logistics to this project, no build schedule, no delivery schedule, and the solution of the owners is to ask you to pay extra for expedited delivery when you dare complain. It's a lamp for Pete's sake it isn't like they are building a rocket ship to take us all to Mars. 3.5 years with an estimate of another 12 months before the project is closed out is mind boggling, worse yet there are quality issues being reported by those who are actually receiving their orders. At this point I would just as soon be issued a refund and move on. Assuming it arrives I'm just going to be irritated every time I look at it.

Backer #775 of this project back in November 2015. Communication has been extremely poor, taking months to respond to even the most simple of questions. There have been few updates and lots of lies regarding delivery. Have already paid US$208 and now they are wanting an additional US$35 to expedite the shipping. It’s a joke that they are still taking orders considering they haven’t yet completed orders from 3 years ago! To make matters even worse, they have left a message in the comments section (not even an official update) saying they are not expecting to complete current orders until mid 2020!!! Wish I could give my thoughts on the actual lamp but at this stage I doubt I will ever receive it.

Paid over $200 AUD, over 3.5 years ago. Still nothing. On kickstarter was told maybe by June 2020! Have recieved email saying for an additional $40, I can jump the queue. Simply don"t trust them. Avoid this company. Incredibly disappointed. Reviews with fast order and turn around times don't ring true. Take a look at the 3 years of comments on kickstarter to see the frustrations of backers.

I would love to know how a 5 star rater, ordered in 2017 and already received their item. I was an initial backer, #2716 from December 2015 and nothing yet. The company is poorly managed and does not keep backers updated. None of my messages was answered. Good concept and a lot of initial hype but company was unable to meet expectations.

Purchased in late 2015 when they indicated June 2016 delivery. Currently March 2019 with no indication of when I'll receive my lamps. My suggestion is to not engage with this company.

I am backer 834. I have been attempting for months to get updates, and all I want is the item promised. I even was willing to pay more for the expedited shipping given they could assure me it a timeline. They never replied. Emails, FB posts, PMs, requests on Facebook and still no answer that results in the shipment of my product. Kickstarter lost me as a backer because of companies like this. I should update that I finally paid for expedited shipping on July 9. I started that process on 24 June. Now I have paid even more money and as of August 10 there still is no product!

If I could give a minus rating I would. I've been backing ($200+ )this project since 2016 on Indiegogo but still not a product in sight. Besides irregular updates, no real information is sent out, not on Indiegogo not on FB. From information I've picked up here and there, it looks like this company does not work out of San Francisco but from Bucharest. It also seems it is not the unique product they claim - have a look at this video on youtube and look for "Bryte Bots Are HERE!" The trouble is that that Indiegogo takes no (legal) action against this company, nor do they help the backers with a refund. My only advice is to stay away from them as far as possible. I would also like to hope that companies who currently resell to stop doing business with this (I cant say what I want from Trustpilot so iI will make more political correct) really, really bad company. edit: i've contact the company and they have promised (again) to send me the product. This is more than 3 weeks ago. No follow up, no response at all. As i sad before avoid this company. edit 2: The lampster requested my order ID since im placed a bad review. funny. Im in contact with them on every other channel facebook, indiegogo email etc. And now they want to play?
