Review edited on 4/3/19. Original 1 star rating. Backed this project in Dec 2015, delivered on 4/3/2019. I would say the design is nice and the lamp has a lot of cool features, able to adjust the colour and intensity using an app.The rubber sole keeps falling off though and the neck is still very loose. I also fear the weight of the lamp would topple the lamp if knocked over. Top heavy. Should have fitted the legs with some weight for more stability. I won't pay this much for this lamp if i saw it in the mall. Design is 7/10. There wasn't any instruction on how to assemble the head of the lamp. The instruction is online via the QR code. Took me some time to figure it out. I also realise that the washer is required after I tried to assemble without watching the video. Initially though why the head was so loose and keep drooping down. The X-harness has a problem. The clip was stuck after I clip it. So I cannot unclip it and cannot drape it over the lampster. The cable management pouch doesn't made sense and not intuitive. Threw the harness away. Low quality mater that will likely grow mould in a few years under the tropical climate. Box opening experience: 4/10. Sales communication and the wait is definitely 0/10. 3 years wait and empty promises. Useless FB message replies. Slow production is never an excuse to deliver something 3 years late after collecting millions in funds. 6 months late is still normal on kickstarter. But 3 years late is unforgivable and the branding will remain infamous in years to come. Overall rating 4/10 at best, rounded up to 2 stars out of 5. Not recommended to buy.

and they are still acting the same way, on kickstarter and here. same same same "pls contact here or there or anywhere" etc.... but never ever a real answer. must be bots, maybe even marilena is a bot no details, only blabla terrible experience and its still not finished edit: now they wanted infos i gave more than once, they confirm that they are only acting this way :-( edit2: now in contact i hope that my lamp arrives in some weeks. let's be hopeful. update: after receiving the item with a wrong neck, i got in contact and after one week i got the replacement. its a nice lamp and now i am glad that that journey is over (at least for me). so now 2 stars because the still are not able to communicate with their financiers.

Ordered this in December 2015 on Kickstarter. Took 3 years to arrive. Customer service is very, very poor. Clearly a small outfit, seemingly in over their heads. Facebook messages were answered initially but haven't been for a long time now. Just an auto-response. I understand small companies can become inundated pretty quickly with messages from the thousands of customers who are angry about not receiving their item, but a simple bulk update on Kickstarter would have been better than nothing at all. The item finally arrived, it's alright but not really what i expected. The head seemed of good quality, although the 'warranty void' sticker was broken upon arrival so any hope of getting help should it stop functioning correctly is out of the window. The body is made of a durable plastic but the seems are a bit rough and ready. I ordered the 'black' model. I'm not sure if the body uses different coloured plastics depending on the colour picked, but i was kind of expecting it to at least be finished to a higher quality (i.e. painted). The individual LEDs are plainly visible as individual light sources when turned on which creates an unappealing ring of individual lights, rather than something that looks like a single light source. The app is so-so, drops in and out a lot. Actually pretty inconvinient to use, as i've had to set it up every time the lamp is turned off. I've barely used the lamp as a result. I still think the lamp is a nice design, but overall unimpressed by the service i recieved, and the final finished product didn't live up to expectations. That doesn't mean it won't live up to yours, i'm just sharing my experience.

So I am big enough to admit I was wrong. I assumed it would never come. But 15 months after ordering, it did arrive. Seems to work as promised. I added a second star. Order #30888. Ordered it in November. Was promised a delivery in March, then June, then September. Nothing. They have stopped responding to emails. Total Frauds. *Update* Their "private message" was asking for order details, which were already included in the original post. They aren't reading messages,they are just posting crap here in a feeble effort at pretending to be competent. I have requested a refund for the past 6 months. They should be ashamed of themselves.
