So... Yes, it took a while... Yes I was a little frustrated... But this little guy is awesome. I've had it 2 days and I love it already. A very very unique item with real personality. I can't fault the customer service either, always replying to my requests for an update. Overall, I'm very happy and the wife is even letting me keep it out!

Yes, also I was frustrated with The Lampster as I purchased and paid my little friend on Kickstarter and had to wait > 2 years before it got delivered. But isn’t that the concept of Kickstarter? And moreover, it takes time to create a masterpiece. Especially if you are overwhelmed as new company with the demand of it. I now received The Lampster! The packaging and the quality exceeded my high expectations. I am very happy with the look and feel, the functionality, the app and the unique character of the lamp. This item really feels like a kind of pet, a little robot. An emotional bond you create with it easily. I made many people jealous and even consider now to by a second one. I had a small issue at arrival of the package and needed to contact The Lampster customer service. I did this by FB chat and got in contact with Ana. She is very helpful and friendly. She immediately understood my issue and provided the necessary information within an hour after raising the issue. Go get one yourself, you will love it!

A really nice looking lamp! Not common, so a lot of people ask you what's this thing on your desk when they enter in your house. I love it, its more than a lamp, it's a piece of art. Definitely worth the wait! Be patient and enjoy!!

I have two lampsters. One from Kickstarter and one from Indiegogo. Both arrived safely and both are working perfectly. They are better than expected and were packaged beautifully. The app works well and the Lampsters are SO bright. They provide an original talking point and always get noticed and admired. Yes, they took a while, but I have nothing but positive things to say about the product and the service I have received.

I bought two, one for my father who loves tractors and one for myself who loves well-designed product. The Lampster is an big, amazing piece of decoration, full of features, and is guaranteed to make an impression on anyone who sees it for the first time. You can see it's high quality and feels very solid. The additional accessories (harness and bag) make it look like a badass paratrooper. My father received his first and absolutely loves it. It's sitting on his workbench. Mine is now sitting on my desk and keeping me company whether I play, work or study. Their support is amazing: I always received a reply very fast over email or Facebook, it never took more than 24 hours to get a contact and they were always helpful. It's a fantastic product and was well worth the wait! It was shipped late compared to what was promised on Kickstarter, but that's not unusual for these crowdfunding campaigns. The team did a great job. They delivered. Other campaigns I supported wasted all the money in continuous "improvements", and ended up selling to another company without shipping one unit, so I'm very thankful to the Lampster team for honoring their contract despite the delays, and growing complaints of backers.

After a long wait, my Lampster showed up. I had a little trouble assembling it, the I read the instructions. 1 message on Facebook solved one last error on my part. The company has show 4xtreme willingness to help, even when I was cranky. I have been having fun with my ‘Little Guy’ and the accompanying app. I put in Demo mode, turn out the room lights, and watch the ‘show’! Also, it will ‘listen’ to music and react. Again, I lie back in my recliner, listen to music and enjoy the display of colored lights.

lamp looks great! custumor service is great. It took a good time to get it, but it was worth the wait.
