LampsterReviews of thelampster.com

I placed an order for a customised lampster during their kickstarter. Their kickstarter was a huge succes and due to the small scale operation of The Lampster team, delivery took a long time. During that period the team kept sending out regular updates and although I took a long time, the lamp is awesome! I had a broken glass when it arrived but a replacement glass was shipped over to me without any questions asked. Great follow up on their service. Could not have been happier with this new addition to my interior!

Order arrived in a very short time (10 dasy within the EU). The lamp works as expected. Questions addressed to product support were answered very quickly (in hours). Happy with it so far.

This thing is awesome! I opened it and check it out but had to put it back in the box because its a Christmas present. The only problem is once my second son sees it i will probably have to buy another one.

Greate Lampster! I love my lampster. It was works great. Thank you for the service.

Ok first off, if you're just getting here, do NOT trust the "bad" reviews of Kickstarter backers complaining about the (long) wait. Yes, it took a long time and I had to pay a bit extra to get mine faster but I just got it (and the extra $€ were worth it, still got a decent discount for being a K. backer). Bottom line, it is AWESOME. The app works great, the lamp looks and works great. Besides, customer service was nothing but helpful and courteous during these 4 years. I was very frustrated too, but I guess so were they. That's what happens when you ask for $30k and receive $1M+ for a project on Kickstarter! Just hit pause and think. Put yourselves in their shoes for a sec. This project is NOT a "hoax". So be indulgent. Be super patient. If you can, ask for individual shipping. It IS worth it. You WILL get yours. And you WILL love it. I know I do :)

I bought one of these after my Insta feed tried to sell me a cheap Chinese knock-off... I ordered one from Lampster and it took three weeks to arrive. I love him... looks amazing, works simply, is beautifully made and adds real superhero character to my otherwise drab desk space at work... has received lots of admiring comments. I am currently buying another for my home office, and customer service has been excellent - recognising I’d already purchased one and tolerating my idiosyncratic requests for customisation. Whilst not cheap, these lamps are cool, and I’d recommend them to anyone who can afford it.

Nice litte lamp. ;) Simply love my new little friend i my house.......

Absolutely love Lampster! Yes it took a while to get, but this is worth it. The company keeps communication and always answered questions!!! Thank you guys so much. We already talked about buying more!
