I backed this product on kick starter in 2014. I went years without hearing anything after they said they needed to look into a new manufacturing process due to the overwhelming number of orders. In 2019 I finally received word from them that they were going to begin shipping though this was a blanket email and provided no information about my order. I reacbed out to them and did not hear back except with another blanket email providing the same information that I just sent their email list. It is now July 2020 and I decided I would reach out to them one last time inquiring about my specific order and shipping to Canada. I received a response which stated “ At the moment, the only option available to ship your lamps is via individual shipping (cost: USD 40/lamp). ”. This response contained no reference to shipping to Canada or my specific name or order number and given the six year ordeal I’m starting to feel like sending them any money would be as useful as throwing it in the trash. I have no trust that they will deliver the product

I ordered 4 years and 1 month ago, like others I am still waiting for either a response from the company or the product to be delivered. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this situation

3.5 years and still waiting for my lampster from the Indiegogo campaign I backed in December 2016- so many promises and no delivery

Almost four years ago I gave money on Kickstarter. 20 emails I have requested info. on when will it arrive from Andrew and Marilena. Still waiting since Sept 2016

Ordered from the Lampster website post Kickstarter campaign Jan 31, 2016. I remind them at least annually and they say we are just about to ship yours but nothing happens. No refunds either. At least they aren't offering time shares in Nigeria!

Kickstarter backer here. Still waiting for a lamp. At this rate I'll be dead when and if it finally arrives. But rest assured it will go in my will, so don't think you can escape your obligation, Lampster People. This was a truly horrible experience.

Have been waiting for 4.5 years. To be honest, I don't believe in ever getting my 4 lamps for over $ 640. Just write here to keep others from losing their money.
