It has plenty of jobs and I like the comparison between applicants. The job descriptions seem to be very accurate and I like the information advising you when someone has viewed your information. I have recommended The Ladders to other job seekers.

I really like that TheLadders is focused on $100K+ jobs. It really helps to quickly home in on the positions I am interested in without having to weed through a ton of jobs that I would not even consider. I really like the additional career and job search advice, as well.

Very good tool for looking at professional careers. One suggestion - your main job categories - Engineering, Operations, Law, etc, - we need greater flexibility to query for various categories vs. only the ones you allow in the drop down box.
