Barbara dela Paz was incredible. She did a great job, and I rarely have positive customer service experiences. She was helpful, wanted to make my life easier and walked me through everything I needed to know!

Their customer experience was exceptional . Their customer care member Barbara dela Paz was giving my answer to all of my questions, and cleared my confusion.

Simple process, professional, answered all questions with ease and very responsive!

great customer experience.

This company is an amazing company in itself. They care about about their employees. They also care about quality of service.

I recently had the pleasure of reactivating my premium membership with Ladders, and I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service provided. Charlyne Aban, a Customer Experience Advisor at Ladders, was particularly helpful, ensuring a smooth transaction and updating me promptly on the rebate processing. I was delighted to find that my membership was reactivated at a nominal fee of only $0.97 due to a rebate, which added immense value to the service. Ladders also reminded me of my next renewal date and clearly explained how to manage my subscription settings—a small yet significant detail that enhances user experience. Their continuous efforts to improve their services, like the Apply4Me feature which saves time on job applications, demonstrate their commitment to user satisfaction. Overall, the customer support at Ladders goes above and beyond to ensure that members like myself feel valued and informed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline their job search with top-notch resources and support!
