LaddersReviews of theladders.com

I was initially skeptical of the The Ladders as a job posting service but I have found the leads relevant to my search and worthwhile following up. I am currently in process with one potential employer that fits my requirements. While I have been told personal networking is the source of 80% of potential jobs there is value in being a part of The Ladders search engine.

I really like the Ladders out of all the recruiting and job boards and websites. The jobs are higher quality jobs, I can be specific for the position I am looking for, and the companies are reputable well known companies. It seems as if recruiters actually value the candidates that they get from the Ladders because I get activity on my account all the time. I have had several phone screens and in person interviews from jobs that I've applied to on The Ladders. Honestly, it is the only job sourcing site that I use.

The Ladders has great posts I just don't see anywhere else.

Salesladder creates features to make your job search very robust. The feedback feature gives you peace of mind that your application is really being considered.

Before discovering The Ladders, I was using another professional network website to source and apply for opportunities. The problem with that website was that I could never know if a recruiter has reviewed or considered my application. The feeling was that my applications were going in a black hole. With The Ladders, it is completely different. You always receive notices on available job opportunities matching your job references; you always get updates when a recruiter reviews your submitted application; you receive stats on competitive applicants and where you fit, and almost always know the status of the job opportunity.

Great asset for finding relevant and exciting opportunities! Tool helps you understand the competition, apply online, and track your applications. You can even get a head start by ‘liking’ potential new opportunities with recruiters.

I would love the opportunity to provide Ladders with more then just one career profile, which would enable me to receive several job opportunities verses just New Business Development. I would also love the opportunity to be able to talk to the recruiters and to be considered for more opportunities. I would like to acknowledge the New Business Development Representatives for the number of jobs they have obtained for my specific job profile. One other thought, it would be great if we had a view / or exposure to other job opportunities that might fit my profile & and six figure income opportunity. I might opt for that job since it's readily available and intriguing. Thank you for being an outstanding organization !!

Unlike other sites it tracks the recruiter from start to finish in your process. It is an awesome tool to have while looking for a job.
