The recommendations I get are very accurate. Also, easy to search job postings and apply. After applying, it even takes you back where you were. However, would like to have more than one function.

Let me start by saying, I have been a long-time TheLadders user and much appreciate all the upgrades. However, as a job seeker, it would be helpful to know why a recruiter passed on me as a candidate when I apply for a position through TheLadders system. Just being marked as "not a fit" does not tell me anything to improve on for my next application submission. Why are recruiters allowed to be so vague in their responses to applicants?

The job listings are first rate. The links are almost always valid and the site keeps track of what jobs I've applied to and how I stack up against others who apply. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for a job.

I have received great insider tips and job opportunities through The Ladders. Certainly should be on any job seekers list (as well as for those recruiting!). You can get a fair amount of benefit for the free membership - but for certain roles/functionality, you do need to subscribe.

I think that I should be just who I am. If you know as do the best work, only use with the best words to describe it , and most importantly is to keep studying and learning every day !!!
