I was unemployed at the time I hired Job Sauce. I felt like I was throwing resumes around and not getting any positive feedback. Everything with Coach LaTonya went great! She had me keeping on track and focused on what I needed to focus on. Especially the coaching call for the mock interview for the opportunity I ended up taking. I got a 30% raise over my last position and out of about a dozen candidates, I nailed the interview and landed the opportunity.
