The Job SauceReviews of thejobsauce.com

I found the team to be extremely helpful in guiding me through the steps of the hiring process, from resume and social media presence to interviewing techniques. Would highly recommend to job seekers.

Scott's job search advice is down to earth, decisive and actionable. He does not give advice that is theoretical or unusable. What he says is relevant and immediately applicable. He is easy to understand and teaches techniques for job hunting that cut through the clutter and busy work.

I routinely bring in professional development facilitators to help prepare a dozen of our organization's regional managers to land their ideal next careers. This past winter was our first time using The Job Sauce after being connected with Scott Swedberg. The scope of our group’s needs included: Defining what a dream job looked like, understanding how to utilize a professional network, the advanced uses of LinkedIn, how to effectively articulate your current job when interviewing for the next job, and finally, outlining practical next steps towards achieving a dream job. The feedback from the session has been overwhelmingly positive. Four months out from the session, half the team has secured their next role and the remainder is continuing to leverage what they learned as they approach upcoming interviews. We look forward to hosting The Job Sauce again next year.

My initial interactions have been extremely positive. I have found each contact to be thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Looking forward to walking the path with the rest of the team.

I found Scott and the Job Sauce through a webcast that I was solicited for from the Emory University alumni center (my alma mater). I never watch webcasts, but I just lost my job and it intrigued me. I was immediately impressed with Scott and his approach. Following up with a free consultation - I had nothing to lose! I was so impressed with the consultant, the intake, everyone! As I was looking to make a career transition, Scott and his team have great experience, knowledge, and insight in this area. It was a lot of work - don't get me wrong! Resume rebuilding, LinkedIn profile, developing "my story", tons of behavioral interview stories, tons of networking meetings, etc. - but Scott was with me every step of the way, from helping with initial outreach, to thank you's, to follow-ups and finally, after my offer, to negotiation. He always listened to every single question I had and always had innovative suggestions. Overall best decision ever and I would definitely seek his coaching in the future if need be. Thanks Scott and team!!

The Job Sauce truly changed my life. It taught me a whole new perspective regarding applying for jobs and my professional career. I can honestly say without their guidance, I would not have received the amazing job offer that I did.

Although TJS is quite the investment, they delivered on exactly what they said they would. When I hired them, I was unsure of what my next career move should be and I was feeling stuck and confused. Through their process and help from their top-notch coaches, I was able to narrow down the type of role and industry that would be the right fit for me. From there, we devised and executed a strategy to land my dream job. Within 8 weeks, I was working in a completely different industry in a senior role, earning 30% more than I was at my previous job. Best of all, I feel motivated and excited to go to work everyday. You will definitely get what you put into it and it's not always easy, but I learned so much about myself and the experience has been invaluable. The Job Sauce has my highest recommendation, it changed my life for the better!

Lauryn was very helpful. I felt that she was in tune with my experience and needs within the first 10 minutes of speaking with her. The resume she delivered looks better than I had thought it could and I feel more confident going forward.
