Lindsay Hirsch was my resume contact. She was very professional and very responsive to me. She took my resume which was professionally written 4-5 years and made it better. She trimmed the "fat" off of it and made it flow better. The streamlined appearance makes it read better and and more pleasing to the eye. I recommend Job Sauce and Lindsay Hirsch for your resume needs.

I'm in the DC non-profit sector and I needed someone who understood this industry to write my resume. I worked with Jessica and my experience was great. She understood where I am in my career and understood the challenges and urgency I was facing in my search. Jessica made me feel comfortable with the process and was very approachable, professional and very savy in the type of industry I'm in. Thank you Jessica!

I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay Hirsch. She was diligent and attentive to my needs and really presented an elegant resume with such a quick turnaround. She was very helpful and was available for questions at my convenience. She was also quick to respond to any of my requests. I would definitely recommend Job Sauce to other colleagues who may also need assistance in developing or updating their resume.

Marsha did a great job with my resume, and it was a pleasure working with her to find out my core competencies and formatting my resume in a way to make me stand out to potential hiring managers. The experience was great and I would not hesitate to recommend others to Marsha.

Working with Lindsay Hirsch was a great experience. Out of all of the recommendations from LinkedIn, Lindsay was the only one who viewed my profile. From there, the phone call was free and easy and Lindsay understood what I was looking for. Lindsay asked pointed questions and brought out the quantitative metrics my resume was missing and brought it to life. The communication was first rate and she responded quickly and the turn around time for my new resume was quicker than I could have imagined. I can’t thank Lindsay enough for the job she did and recommend anyone who is looking for a resume rewrite to use Lindsay. Thank you, Lindsay!

I had an excellent experience with Bryan Durant and Smith Gardner. Bryan Durant worked on my resume and really did a great job. He changed the format, wrote a much better descriptive summary and he also put a lot of more quantitative information to my job achievements. Bryan also gave me some pointers on my LinkedIn profile that I wouldn't have thought of. I worked with Smith Gardner for the coaching session and a lot of the things I had already known but he really asked some telling questions to help me get down to what I want to do next.

Scott's sessions and strategies make the job hunt seem all the more manageable, and most importantly, led to a successful change in my career and salary. The resources combined with the coaching make this process easy to manage, and ultimately work because it gives you the tools to build a personal network, and sell the thing you know best: you! Update: Successfully transitioned careers with a 19% increase in annual salary just 3 months after my first coaching session with thejobsauce! Thanks!

I had the pleasure of working with Ms Lindsay Hirsch to revamp my resume and I could not be happier with the results. I was pretty skeptical about the service at first but after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot and could not be happier. Communication was incredibly fast and she responded to all my emails very quickly despite it being Thanksgiving weekend. She was able to get my resume turned around in a week. I have been applying to jobs consistently since the start of December and have gotten 5 phone interviews so far. I did not see anywhere close to this using my old resume format. To get the most out of the service, I would recommend filling out the questionnaire in the beginning in as much detail as possible so your resume writer knows exactly what you are looking for. Even if you're not 100% happy with it at the end, they will still give you opportunities to tweak it and work with you until you are. To sum this up, I could not be happier and would recommend the Job Sauce and Ms Lindsay to anyone!
