The Job SauceReviews of thejobsauce.com

Excellent service with excellent results. Very pleased.

My lessons learned from the Job Sauce: 1) Everything’s negotiable. 2) You’re worth more than you think. 3) There’s an art to landing the the best jobs and highest pay. … My coach was an artist, and I’m forever grateful! My coach helped me achieve what might have otherwise been 5+ years of salary growth in 9 months. First, he helped me transition to a new industry, secure multiple job offers, and land a job I love—all while doubling my previous salary. Then, 8 months later, when I received a promotion, he helped me negotiate a compensation package far beyond what I thought was possible. I’m now making 2.5x more than I was 9 months ago. None of this would have been possible without the Job Sauce. At every step, my coach dug deep to fully understood the situation and relationships at stake. When I didn’t know how to navigate multiple offers, my coach helped me leverage one to expedite and improve another more favorable offer, and—perhaps most importantly— avoid burning any bridges in the process. Later, when I received a promotion and didn’t think it was possible to negotiate without seeming ungrateful and turning people off, he coached me on how to make a salary request beyond what I was initially comfortable with...and it worked! No one was offended, and I’m now making way more than I thought I could.

My experience has been positive with all services and aspects of Job Sauce. From resume to career coach they supplied me with all the best practices regarding the adventure of seeking new employment. The last time I interviewed for a position was 1982. Job Sauce provided me with all the tools and confidence necessary to engage employers in a "modern age" and achieve the compensation results I required.

Coaching: I had the pleasure to have my coaching one-hour session with Smith Gardner. He was also the person I had my initial 30 minutes resume interview with. Smith took the time to explain to me different type of practices to follow to approach new job opportunities. He provided me with the platform to create a plan in order to start looking for my dream job. It was worth every penny and every second. I am excited and much more confident about what the future entails. Many thanks Smith! Resume: Lindsay was very professional, and without doubt very knowledge in the field of resume writing. She will send you a set of questions and then talk to you. She was able to understand and captured what I wanted and took the best of it to provide me with a great resume. My resume flows now much better and I feel more confident in applying to new jobs with. I also updated my LinkedIn based on my resume and it looks great! Hiring the job sauce was a great decision. This is a great team that I highly recommend.

The Job Sauce and Lindsay Hirsch did an amazing job with my resume and provided me with great career advice. Lindsay was very engaged and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend her services to everyone.

Marsha Levitt worked with me and transformed my resume, above and beyond what I expected. She asked great questions to extract details that employers want to see. I started with a document that looked like a list of job descriptions from prior jobs. She was able to transform the resume into a modern format using wording that really stands out from the usual technical resume. She cut it down from 5 pages to 3, and it does a better job of showing what I have to offer a potential employer.

I spent 60 minutes with Smith Gardner and it was worth every penny I paid for his time and advice. This 60-minute coaching session was on top of the service I received from TheJobSauce in getting my resume and LinkedIn profile reviewed and updated. The value I received doesn't stop at helping me get the next dream job but is a set of practices that I can follow to continuously grow my professional network that will help me achieve my dream job over and over again for the rest of my career. I wish I had known this earlier in my career. I landed my next dream job after weeks talking to Smith. I was also able to use his excellent tip to get a 10% pay jump when it came to compensation conversation with the recruiter! I highly recommend TheJobSauce to those who want to pursue their dream job!
