The Job SauceReviews of thejobsauce.com

Hi my name is Rilind and I’m writing this review to thank you Drew Hackman for helping my resume to look very good and clean. I’m very satisfied with his work and I recommend him to anyone who needs help on resume. Thank you Drew you are Amazing 👏🏻👏🏻

I have been on the hunt for a job for not very long (under two months!) but I had never felt satisfied with my resume. I solicited feedback from friends and professional acquaintances, and improved on it each time, never really feeling it was adequate. That is until I got The Job Sauce on it! I was assigned to Marsha Levitt, who asked me a hundred questions (!) and tried to understand what I was really looking for in my resume. She is a consummate professional and clearly good at what she does. The final resume was ready for me in just a few days (and two days earlier than promised) and I've got to say this: I am super thrilled with the way it now looks and reads. I wrote back to her saying how I would now call me if I were hiring! Of course, this review is premature in some ways because the real test is whether I get better results from it now, than I did over the past two months with what was clearly an inadequate resume. But in terms of delivering what I sought from my resume, and making me look good as a candidate, I have no doubt Marsha hit this way out of the park! Thank you, Marsha, and thank you, The Job Sauce! Best! Abraham

Caroline did a wonderful job on my resume. The language and template she chose to use not only helped improve the overall quality of my resume, but they made my resume shine! I highly recommend The Job Sauce and Caroline as your resume writer for your next resume writing!

I’m writing this review for Smith Gardner, he was the reason I chose JobSauce - salesman like this guy is why this company is so good on the front end. I’m happy with the end result of my resume; however, the business model of JobSauce lacks customer service, human connection and is a weak finisher. The writers are well qualified but they are Independent contractors so unless your resume is clear cut don’t expect much feedback and they won’t except a pdf - honestly, In today’s age.....Really?!? I just downloaded a pdf converter and put it in their google doc, why can’t they do that? They communicate with you via email and primarily use google doc., which is practical but impersonal and one phone call isn’t enough for anyone with an important question. I really needed to talk with anyone but, after they sold me, I couldn’t speak with anyone. To be fair, I missed my one phone call, but I was ‘Ghosted hard’ after trying to reach any human. Lastly, I had one IT error and the IT department just pushed me off to my writer Lindsey, who did a good job, but to no fault of her own isn’t as available as their customer stream process allows. In short, Job Sauce has a great product with a talented staff but poor customer service which is crucial when delivering a product of this type. If your resume is mostly done - go for it! But if your resume needs a human input -Don’t go with Weak Sauce.

Bryan was very professional, met his deadline and provided meaningful and positive feedback on everything asked. He truly made the process pain-free.

Caroline was excellent to work with. Very professional and she did a great job of cleaning up my resume!

The Job Sauce is a great and professional service. The process of the initial call and then meeting with your resume writer was smooth and easy. Caroline Gutman provided excellent service to me. She was thorough, prompt and courteous which was reflected in the end result of my updated resume and LinkedIn descriptions. I actually had tried another service before Caroline looked at my resume and she was leaps and bounds better in resume standards and deliverable time. The price was also reasonable and I was allotted 3 rounds of feedback/changes, although I only needed one since it was already amazing the first time around. If you need an updated resume/LinkedIn, I highly recommend going with The Job Sauce and Caroline Gutman.

The Job Sauce has been great to work with and the results speak for themselves: my search took 10 weeks and I was able to get a 46% raise. Before The Job Sauce, I had a sense of what I was looking for and had landed interviews, but once I signed on things really kicked into overdrive. They took everything I did to the next level - from my Linkedin profile and resume (which I got multiple compliments on) to my success stories and examples - they did an awesome job! The clarity coaching was the biggest "aha!" moment for me. It not only helped me better articulate what I was looking for and how my strengths aligned with that, but it was an incredibly valuable tool for evaluating companies and opportunities. That helped save me a ton of time and allowed me to hone in on the best fit roles with confidence!
