I am trying to reach the support in many ways, I tried your website 3-4 times over the week, and also reached out to the person who initially contacted me.
Please respond, I have several urgent questions.
This may be the last resort option to be able to reach them :-)

More delays than Bayer has in aspirin
More delays and contract hiccups than Bayer has in aspirin (Figuratively speaking). Resume service was great and initial experience was adequate but still looking for that first coaching session weeks after it was promised.
Things do happen and I sure had my share of them (2 hospitalizations) but I wouldn't think it takes longer to get coaching than it does to spend for two major stays in the hospital. Seriously believe they are more capable but seem to be over taxed and admittedly weak on the follow through. Might want to consider a different service.

Hi Kevin, I'm sorry you've experienced delays with your coach! I know you two were in communication earlier today and I've contacted him to make sure, on your call tomorrow, you two get on the same page for communication expectations so this frustration doesn't happen again.

Resume was not very impressive and strategy call is a sales tactic.
After several long conversations with management from The Job Sauce (TJS), I am keeping my rating the same (2-star) but feel there should be some clarification to be fair to TJS. Besides, she asked I revise my review!
Up front, TJS is extremely responsive and despite their very odd hours of operation, they do respond. The hours of correspondence were one of the issues. My meeting call time options were all at between 3am-5am during weekdays (I am on PST, so no time difference). We made this work, so not a major issue, but inconvenient and very odd/unprofessional for a business call.
The resume was originally given back to me after a week with a litany of errors and grammar issues. I was told this was due to a new system and received the resume back with the grammar errors fixed. The second version of the resume was fair but still had flow issues and was generally unimpressive, with some bullet points not making much sense. Overall, the resume was a copy/paste job of my general federal resume with some minor changes and sections moved.
I cannot really comment on the LinkedIn services, as I was told to keep it the same but move a section from the new resume onto the bottom of the page. I did this, but it looked out of place so I reverted. Perhaps a style issue and I don't have much of an opinion on it either way.
The strategy call was probably the largest point of contention. The call was an hour and felt genuine until the end. Despite the insistence of TJS, this is not a strategy call but more of a, "You are a great fit for our program" sales technique to get you to drop another $5,000 for a lunch interview with a company. There were no strategies discussed here that didn't involve me paying large sums of money for a job--not an actual strategy call based on the services already rendered. You are being solicited to pay for a job interview, so if that is your intent then they can probably help you with that.
I did not ask for a refund, because I paid for a resume service and consider the strategy call an extra, even if it is just a sales tactic. Based on other interviews on this site, this service may be great for you if you are a mid-career professional living near a large corporation center (Seattle or California) and are out of options for getting out of where you are working, it is just going to cost you.

Hi Nick- I’m so sorry that your experience with the end of your strategy call was off-putting. We overwhelmingly receive the feedback that the call was invaluable for gaining additional clarity on an ideal next step, overcoming obstacles, and setting new strategy, but it’s clear this was not your experience. This feedback is valuable to us, so thank you for sharing.
I’d like to clarify that our career coaching program is much more than a “lunch interview at a company." We are not a recruiting agency and do not receive payment from companies for placements. Our coaches are the best of the best, as evident by the reviews on this site, and our average client raise is well over 30%, frequently landed in 2 months time. And as a recent client put it, "(more importantly), now I feel like I'm moving forward in my career instead of side-to-side."
