I’m glad I took the chance to go with The Job Source. Not only was it more affordable than other resume writers out there. Loved the fast responses & instructions how to set yourself up. Tim reaches out to me & was easy to speak to. Tim sent me everything I needed & what he needed from me. He even checked up on how I was doing on my resume questions. Tim did an excellent job putting my military resume in a way the civilian sector could read & understand. I’m very pleased w/my final product & look forward to start sending them out. Thank you very much!

Lindsay H. was prompt in responding to my request and effective in reviewing and making revisions to incorporate information gathered. She is professional and a great help. Thank you so much Lindsay!

Working with The Job Sauce was instrumental in my path to land my dream job after 15 years working in University/ non-profit space. I was at a career cross road having experience in biotechnology, patent law and relationship building, and Scott’s team helped me find a great fit in the AG Tech industry with a 40% salary raise. Putting into practice setting up informational interviews to get a job referral was mind-blowing. I got the job offer after an intense +2-month (4 interviews) recruiting process that started after a referral originated from an informational interview, which I got through a 1st connector’s intro. I improved my opening line, and background/ experience description through practice in the multiple info interviews I accomplished (+20 info interviews). I would definitely recommend The Job Sauce to anyone who wants to land their dream job and is struggling with the current recruiting industry. They are experienced professionals who support you throughout the entire job hunting process.

Not only is The Job Sauce excellent at helping to improve your resume, they take the time and effort to help you land the job you want/deserve

Not only was my resume better written and more clearly displayed after Paige reviewed it, I felt like I made a professional connection that will last a lifetime. Paige’s service at The Job Sauce was incredible and I recommend her to anyone. Paige—I look forward to coming back for the next time!

I came to Scott for salary negotiation coaching after I received an offer at my dream company. I wanted to earn $10k more so we weren't far off, but I wasn't sure how to ask for it without burning any bridges or seeming ungrateful when they had already made a bunch of concessions for me like being able to work 100% remote instead of relocating to DC. Scott asked a ton of questions to fully understand the scenario then had me practice exactly what to say. Just like he said, they came back with my target salary and I accepted! I wouldn't have felt comfortable doing this without Scott's help and my new employer relationship is off to a perfect start. Thanks Scott!

Before working with Eric and The Job Sauce, my resume didn't come close to making me look like a good fit for my desired career path. I had job responsibilities but lacked descriptions regarding my accomplishments. My formatting also needed a lot of work. Now, my resume looks incredible and it landed me an interview for my ideal job in baseball operations! Thanks Job Sauce!

I just made a career transition and I'm so glad I got interview coaching from The Job Sauce. I wasn't sure what questions to prepare for or how to explain how my skills were transferable, but my coach had me covered and I rocked my interviews. I just finished week 1 in my new job and I love it!
