The Job SauceReviews of thejobsauce.com

Having gone into the process feeling pretty confident about the quality of my resume and thinking there was little that could be changed, I now realize how wrong I was. After a great intro conversation, Lindsay H. made so many substantive, important changes that my resume feels like something entirely new. Thanks so much Lindsay!

I have been self-employed for the last 7 years. So I hired the Job Sauce to write my resume since I had no idea what employers were looking for. They paired me with Lindsay Hirsch. She was prompt in gathering the information and getting my resume back to me. I waited to write this review until I had ample time to utilize the work she did for me. After 3 weeks of job searching I was able to land interview after interview. Thanks again Lindsay!

It’s been almost 20 years since I’ve had to update a resume, and the thought was daunting. Tim was amazing to work with - he asked some great thought-provoking questions that enabled me to showcase my talent and make my resume very results-focused. Highly recommend The Job Sauce and Tim (in fact, I already have) to anyone else looking to punch theirs up!

I went back and forth on whether to hire a professional to update my resume. After months of little to no responses, I made the call and reached out to The Job Sauce. Lindsay was assigned my resume and she knocked it out of the park! She was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a professional resume!

I reached out to JobSauce to have my resume refreshed and updated. They were super responsive and Lindsay did a great job completing the update and getting it back to me in 2 business days. Thanks again Lindsay.

Briton Wright whipped my resume into shape and he was a pleasure to work with. I was pleased Briton read my intake questionnaire and was prepared for our initial consultation call. He shared a bit about his background and put my mind at ease that he understood my field. I was then able to explain a bit more about myself, and I felt he truly listened and took notes. Later the same day, Briton sent a thorough list of clarifying questions on my current resume. The most amazing part was the insanely fast turnaround time over a weekend after receiving my answers. The first draft was very close to "done" and we had a few rounds of minor revisions. Once completed, I received the promised formatted documents. Additionally, the emails and reminders were excellent. Briton and The Job Sauce have this down to a science. I highly recommend both. P.S. I sent out my new resume today and got a response for an interview within hours of submitting online.

I had the chance to work with Tim Knox and it was great. He really listened and understood what to do with my resume. The outcome was phenomenal, my resume looks clean and has everything that I consider relevant in my career path.

Lindsay was absolutely terrific to work with! She was professional yet personable. Very timely, organized, responsive, and helped me along every step of the way. She exceeded my expectations and had my resume back in just a couple days! Thank you so much Lindsay!
