Ordered tickets April 8th. Received confirmation with notice that boarding passes will be delivered 24hrs before flight. Flight departs at 5:10am. Received boarding passes at 3:49am. 1 hour and 21 minutes before departure and after I ordered new tickets directly from airline. I called on 29th and they said they will be delivered in a few hours and didn’t. Reviews show as scam is why I ordered new tickets as I had to make it to my destination and they couldn’t assure me it wasn’t a scam. The scam is, they will wait till very last minute to send tickets hoping you cancel on your end then they pocket the money used for your “non refundable” tickets . Do not use! Thanks alot Frank Martin. Your direct phone line and email were useless when I called you.

Quiero agradecer a Andrés Sánchez por la atención brindada durante mi caso. Desde el inicio fue amable y mostró disposición para ayudarme, incluso se ofreció a gestionar la cancelación de mi vuelo. Actualmente el proceso de cancelación y reembolso sigue en gestión, por lo que aún estoy a la espera de que se complete. Aun así, valoro la atención recibida y la intención de dar una solución. Espero que el proceso se finalice pronto de acuerdo con lo ofrecido

Everything about this company was great!!!! I got an amazing deal on my flights, never any issues. I was very nervous at first because right after I booked I came across some horrible reviews that labeled them as a scam and how they were takin for more money etc, but they were great, customer service was amazing and now I will book with them anytime I travel by plane.

Excellent service and customer care. I have received a lot of help from Mr. Rey Luis León at this company when making my reservations and processing any changes.

I showed up for my flight with American Airlines with my boarding passes. American Airlines did not have my itinerary. I was unable to fly out. Jersey Flights couldn't give me a reason why I was not on the flight. Jersey Flights was unable to accommodate me at all. They would not put me up for the night. I would have to be redirected on my flight and it was going to cost me over $300 to Uber home. I was scheduled to work the following day. I'm also losing out on a day pay. Jersey Flights made no accommodation for me. The only thing they did was reschedule my flight for the next day. I would not recommend them. I will never use them again.
