Able with Luis and his boss from the beginning everything went wrong when we were going to Cancun the tickets arrived at two in the morning instead as they said it is 24 hours before then when we left on August 2 the tickets never arrived then yesterday August 3 did not arrive either and today August 4 when we came to the airport there is no reservation for us after it arrived at 4 am in the morning on the same day of the flight and then since we were checking in there were no tickets I do not recommend it terrible service and the reviews are false.

**Mi experiencia con Jersey Fly fue muy decepcionante. No recomiendo esta compañía.** Compré boletos para **6 personas**, con una fecha de salida original para el **21 de julio**. Sin embargo, la cambiaron primero para el **23 de julio** y luego nuevamente para el **25 de julio**. En ningún momento ofrecieron una solución real. La comunicación fue muy deficiente. En muchas ocasiones **no contestaban las llamadas ni respondían los mensajes**. Después de no poder resolver los boletos para las seis personas, acepté reducir el viaje a **3 pasajeros**, pero aun así tampoco pudieron cumplir con lo prometido. Lo peor es que **esperan hasta el último momento para informar que no hay asientos disponibles**. Mi impresión es que venden boletos sin tener los espacios asegurados y luego intentan conseguir los asientos sobrantes a último momento. Hasta el día de hoy **no he recibido ningún reembolso**. Mi pérdida directa con Jersey Fly es de **$998**, pero el daño económico ha sido mucho mayor. Debido a esta situación he tenido que gastar aproximadamente **$2,300 adicionales** entre hoteles y nuevos boletos de avión para que al menos **3 miembros de mi familia** pudieran viajar. Mi experiencia fue extremadamente frustrante y costosa. Si están considerando comprar con Jersey Fly, les recomiendo investigar bien antes de entregar su dinero. En mi caso, la falta de comunicación, los cambios constantes de fecha y la ausencia de una solución o reembolso hicieron que fuera una de las peores experiencias de viaje que he tenido.

Cancelled our tickets after we had gotten through security but before boarding time, had to purchase our own tickets or wait until next day which was not an option
