Samuel was a big help in planning my trip. He took alot of the stress off of me making sure everything was going as planned. He kept me informed before my trip. He even called to let me know and to ask if I was aware that the first part of my trip I was being transported by bus to the airport and wanted to make sure I was ok with that. He called me after my trip to see if everything worked out ok. I really appreciated Samuel’s kindness and consideration. It gave me a piece of mind that all would go well. I am hoping my next trip I am able to contact Samuel again for his help. Thank you again Samuel! You did an awesome job!

I want to start by, I bought a ticket to go to Cabos August 20, 2026. I received the itinerary but no confirmation number. I called them and email Jersey Flights several times about my flight. They kept giving me the run around it will be in your email 2 hours, and then called them again. Oh it will be another 2 hours. This is a scam. I never not receive a confirmation number after buying a ticket. I spent over 1700 dollars on my flight for my anniversary. Now my wife is hurt and mad and I cant do anything about it. DONT BOOK WITH THEM, IF YOU LOOK UP THE ADDRESS IT IS A HOUSE NOT A BUSINESS.

They almost always give support.

Samuel did it amazing! He helped me through all of the management of the trip and was great, definitely will do it again!

Over all our experience was good. Our flight did get flagged and cancelled but they did get on it and booked us on another flight right away. It worked out in the end
