This was the very first time I stumbled upon Thejerseyflights… I’d give them 10 stars 🌟 with exceptional service from Hazel! I am traveling for my brothers funeral & because of the snow storm I had to change our flights & Hazel was VERY accommodating to my son & my needs in traveling to be with our family during this difficult time.

Hazel was of Amazing support with accessing reasonable priced plane tickets in support of arriving to and from the destination. They walk you through the entire process and make it happen. Trust them and the process.

I cannot recommend Jersey Flights at all. I never leave reviews. But this company lacks such integrity that I have to. I did succeed at completing my round trip travel but only after 2 times that they called me and had to charge me additional money. The first was within hours after I booked. They called and said told me the flight I booked wasn't available and they could get me on another flight for about $50 more. Then when I was ready to get my return flight, about 22 hours ahead of the flight, they called and informed me that they could not secure a boarding pass for me with the airline and that I needed to pay them an additional $100 to get on another flight. I was stuck. So I didn't have a choice. Once I paid them the additional $100, they send me the boarding pass for the flight I was originally booked on. They simply scammed me out of the additional $100. When I requested a refund of the $100, they refused. Do not use this company.

My wife found this page, for my trip from Phx to Vegas, the price was al least 40% off from the regular price. Hazel was very helpful from start to finish. Fully recomended!

I wish to sincerely thank Mr. Frank Martin for his attentiveness, patience, and diligence. My trip would have been greatly affected without his assistance. He efficiently rebooked my flights after an agent alerted me to potential third-party scams. He was diligent in ensuring I had the necessary boarding documents, kept in contact throughout the travel days to check on my well-being, and ensured there were no issues. He is unquestionably a valuable member of your team, and I would like to extend my gratitude once again for his role in making my trip memorable, Mr. Frank Martin.

Complete and utter scam. They say they'll get you tickets, they take your money, then they ghost you when time comes to get these tickets. I was screwed out of 435 dollars and missed my flights and I'm not able to buy any other tickets since they have my travel money. I am beyond upset. Do not do business with these scammers. I will be reporting them the the BBB and filing a fraud case against them. This is beyond ridiculous.
