The value I have gained through this program has been incredible. It has not only helped our cleaning business grow, but it has also helped me grow as an individual. I now value myself and our services in a higher regard. Jess Mak's content for the hiring system helped our business find the right momentum and attitude for hiring great employees consistently, we don’t worry about being understaffed. They both have a way of making us feel like family, and that energy radiates through into our company as well. I truly needed this content and support. We have had hard times, and when I reached out to Mike personally, his quick attentiveness and guidance gave me the courage to approach the situation with confidence and professionalism. I could go on and on. The communication is fast and seamless. Having different coaches for different areas—such as bidding jobs or training employees—is wonderful. Even if you don't know how to clean tile properly, the team will guide you step by step. Thank you both so much for everything! I joined Automated Cleaning Business while starting my own commercial cleaning company, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. First off, a big shout-out to Mike, who runs the programme. He’s put together a really solid system and consistently provides straightforward, practical advice. You can tell a lot of real-world experience has gone into building the programme and helping people actually get results. I’d also like to mention Jess. Although she’s currently on maternity leave and I didn’t have much direct interaction with her personally, it’s clear she’s played a big role in building the programme and the community around it. It’s obvious there has been a lot of work put in behind the scenes to make everything run as well as it does. The coaching team has been fantastic as well. Jeff runs the marketing side and provides really useful insight on generating leads and building your client pipeline. Mike also runs the advanced calls, which are great for more in-depth questions and working through bigger opportunities or challenges. Brittany and Connor run the Wednesday and Thursday sessions, and I spent quite a lot of time working with them. Both are incredibly helpful and generous with their time. Brittany in particular went above and beyond helping me work through one of my first large proposals, helping me structure everything properly and making sure I had all the pieces in place. That level of support made a big difference. Another big strength of the programme is the community itself. It seems like not everyone can just walk into the programme, which actually makes the community better because most people inside are serious about building a business in this space. I’ve found it incredibly useful being able to log into the dashboard, ask questions, or read through questions others have posted in the past. Even outside of the live coaching hours there’s a lot of value in the discussions and support from other members. Overall, it’s been a great experience. If anyone is thinking about starting a commercial, office, or janitorial cleaning business, I couldn’t recommend Automated Cleaning Business more. It’s a strong programme with excellent mentors and a really supportive community.

ACB team has been so awesome. I wouldn't be this far with out their help. They break down everything so you can understand. When you have a pricing issue, They are quick to respond. Seems like I am learning somthing new all the time! I started at $0-$12,389 per month and it only took me 7 months. It also feels like a family and Thank God for them!

If you ever wanted to start a cleaning business but did not because you did not know where to start, they have laid out all the steps in a very impressive format. You fallow the path at your own pace and they are there to help you every step of the way. From coaching calls 4 days a week to the ability to DM the coaches any time. They always get back to you with great advice that they put all of themselves into. They love to help and thrive on seeing students succeed! I wish I had joined years ago. In one word I would say ACB is EXCELLENT!!!

I was so intimidated at first that I almost didn’t join this program. I had never run a business before and the idea of going after high ticket clients honestly felt unrealistic for someone like me. I kept thinking clients would see right through me and realize I was brand new to the industry. But from the moment I joined, everything changed. Mike and Coach Jeff made me feel welcomed and supported right away. They walked me through the branding process and helped me build something that looked polished and professional. For the first time, I felt like I could actually do this. The marketing strategy they teach took me by surprise in the best way. Instead of chasing people or trying to convince anyone, the system they gave me pre sold clients before I ever even stepped into a walkthrough. By the time I met with them, they already saw me as the expert. That alone gave me so much confidence. The biggest shock for me was how quickly things started happening. In my first three months, I landed four high ticket clients. I never expected results like that, especially as a complete beginner who almost backed out out of fear. What I appreciate most is the level of support. Anytime I had doubts or questions, someone was there to guide me. Mike and the whole team make you feel like you are never alone in the process. If you are brand new and scared clients won’t take you seriously, I understand exactly how you feel. I was in that same place, and this program changed everything for me.

Coming into this community has given me a lot of confidence in the way I approach tasks as regards cleaning. All the courses are well thought out and outlined. The coaches are also very helpful. It does not matter your level of know-how they are grounded and will pull you through. I will recommend this community over and over and over. If you do the work as layed out, you sure will get results!

What separates a World Class Athlete from the "pack"? Easy right? A coach!!! A coach or mentor is someone who's already forged the trail and simply helps us remain on course and avoid the pitfalls. Friends, Brittany and Connor are part of the team at Automated Cleaning Business. They are coaches but that's not all they do. They are problem solvers, advocates, cheerleaders. encouragers etc. They truly take interest in what you are doing and where you're getting stuck. The most rewarding aspect of Brittany and Connor's involvement and hosting 2 calls per week is you can tell, it's not a job or chore, they TRULY enjoy helping us. They share personally in the THRILL of victory and won't let you stay in the lower reaches with the agony of a non win. Brittany and Connor are quality people who take great joy in seeing others succeed!! Highly HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!
