Ordered a jacket in November, arrived yesterday (March 5th). Took quite some time and had some minor hiccups (was told I would receive it in mid January and then the 1st week of February, sometimes communication was far and few between.) I was also sent the wrong photos of someone else's jacket by mistake which stressed me out, however Shawn was quick to remedy the issue and I was able to see the jacket I ordered a few days later. Upon receiving the jacket, it is stunning in person - the quality is impeccable and it fits beautifully - I would order again, but I'd order it quite a bit in advance because it took longer than 8-12 weeks.

Nice people to work with. First jacket was too small-sent it back-no problem. Got 2nd jacket yesterday. It looks good, feels good, and it's the right size. Thank you Shawn and the entire Jacketmaker team Jeff

Ordered the Custom Dean Jacket, there was an initial problem with sleeve length but they re-did the jacket with updates during the process, and the end result was well worth the wait, it’s my favorite my jacket, good quality, perfect measurements, and for a very reasonable price. Would buy from them again.

Jacket arrived exactly in three weeks. Please be aware if for whatever reason you will decide to send it back it's got to be sent to USA. I now received my refund and a guy who took my case over promised postage money to be refunded too. It cost me 35 quid to send from UK to states. Quality wise it's okay just not exactly what it looks like on website,but this is my personal opinion and this was for one particular item.

These jackets feel like they were tailored for me I use a medium and it fits perfectly. The jacket I purchased from them was one that they had already to buy and like I said it fits perfectly. Customer service is excellent as well

I had commissioned for a specific leather purse to be made with very specific instructions. Please understand, this all took place during the covid pandemic, so that was the reason it took a bit longer than expected. There were a couple of snafus along the way, but shawn was very attentive to my concerns, and they were all handled with extreme satisfaction. The purse itself has extremely wonderful craftman ship and well worth every penny. Would highly recommend!

I was looking for a leather fur trimmed jacket for my husband whose big and tall. I found this company on the web, read the reviews, and decided to take a risk and order a custom made coat from TJM. My order got off to a rocky start because it hit at the beginning of the Xmas season but began processing in January. The communication with Shawn was handled effectiveLy and usually promptly concerning questions or issues on my order. It took 3 weeks longer than their estimated ship date for the coat but it was definitely worth the wait. The custom colored and sized coat looked fabulous, was well made, and was an exceptional fit for my husband. I would recommend, however, that the company establish a phone customer support system in addition to the email system to speed up communication with customers and to specify up front any additional charges for larger sizes. Overall though, a positive experience with TJM whom I would highly recommend for your leather coat needs!
