The Jacket MakerReviews of thejacketmaker.com

Excellent service. Wanted a custom jacket but couldn't afford the options near me and they were able to both work with me to have my order ready when I could afford it, and helped me make absolutely sure it would be exactly what I wanted, while staying at an excellent price. The jacket fits like a dream and is precisely what i was looking for in a new jacket. I would highly recommend contacting them if you are unsure about anything in the process as they are very patient and committed to getting you exactly what you want.

Excellent communication; good advice on the sizing, and an excellent product that met my expectations!Overall it was a great first experience and I hope to be back when I next want a jacket.

I am a repeat client. I requested two custom Grab handle folios from Jacket makers. I found the craftmanship and customer service to be exceptional. My representative Fred was there every step of the way keeping me updated on development and progress. Excellent company, superb products.

I was very happy with my experience shopping with the team of The Jacket Maker. They answered all my questions and were very helpful and the custom jacket I ordered was spot on and of great quality. I will definitely shop with them in the future and would recommend this site to anybody who is looking for a nice jacket.

I ordered this jacket with custom measures. The first one I received was way too big, and the leather too stiff. But due to an excellent customer service I got the jacket remade with softer leather. Now it fits perfectly, and I'm very satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic quality jacket made precisely to my specifications. Fits like a glove. Would definitely recommend.
