The Jacket MakerReviews of thejacketmaker.com

Thank you Shawn, I got my beautiful jacket eventually. Best service I have had in many years, but Fedex was a pain, “delivering” the first one “somewhere”. Jacket fits perfectly so I recommend the company very highly, but say on top of Fedex as the delivery service and insist that the driver phones you before delivery R

I ordered a custom denim jacket. I worked with Shawn who offered amazing customer service. I sent them images of a jacket I wanted to recreate and it came out perfect. It's a great feeling to slip on a jacket that is made for you and not something off the rack.

The story started in early February 2020. The men's leather jacket I had ordered arrived in early March. I then discovered I had made a gross error when measuring my arm length. I asked the customer service representative, Shawn, for guidance. He offered to make the alteration (lengthen) the arms. I returned it, paid the $35 alteration fee, and waited in suspended animation until their shop in Karachi re-opened. Today is 21 June 2020, a four month story of patience and an untimely measurement mistake on my part. Bottom line, I would not trade the experience. The jacket is custom made to my specifications, the leather is soft and almost buttery, the stitching is tight and strong, the look is expensive, and Shawn is a perfect example of customer service. If you buy one of their products, you will be very tempted to buy another._

Well made jacket.

I went to this company requesting a very specific type of jacket to be made, and they got everything perfect and as instructed. They'll do anything to meet customer requirements and even offer rewards for shopping with them. Will use often in the future.

Excellent product and quality. Delivered to my South Africa address without problem despite lockdowns and restrictions. Very impressed! Once this is all over I shall most certainly be buying firther Jackets from you.

Extremely impressed! I ordered a custom leather jacket and asked for a slim fit. We went back and fourth regarding my measurements and the final product was beyond what I had hoped for. Thick, gorgeous leather and a perfect fit. I will be ordering a second jacket soon.

Two Custom sized Jackets Great Service. My first jacket ended up a little big, but due to some timing on my part I didn't make the return deadline for free alteration. On my second jacket, Shawn worked diligently with me to go over my measurements as well as compare them to how my first jacket fit to ensure we got the sizing right on my second jacket the first time around. My second jacket fits perfectly and the service was exceptional. I fully expect I will likely get a third jacket from them as you cannot beat their service or product at this price.
