This is my second purchase with The Jacket Maker, and I find myself still highly impressed with the consistent delivery of high level quality and customer service. This time I made a purchase for the Mystical Black Leather Jacket. The custom made-to-order measurements were followed accurately and allowed just enough room for a light to heavy weight sweater for the winter season. The leather shell is of high natural quality and had a consistent glossy buffed sheen. It is more of a firmer cowhide cut and will break in nicely with wear. The stitching of both the outside shell and inside lining were beautifully detailed and of high quality construction. I really appreciate the deeper outside and inner pockets. The main brass zipper was of a thicker gauge and very durable. Over the many years of buying leather jackets, I have found this company to meet a high level standard of craftsmanship, value, and customer service. My past experience would have been purchasing "off-the-rack" and hunting tirelessly for that "perfect fit" and style jacket, but not anymore. I love the fact that you solely communicate with customer service via email messages, knowing that every bit of communication between myself and the The Jacket Maker Team is communicated accurately with precise measurements, questions, and done speedily. I was duly impressed with Shawn's consistent professional and positive email communications with both of my separate purchases I had. It is rare during Covid19 to feel good about many things these days, but my experience with The Jacket Maker must be mentioned. The jacket arrived in excellent condition, online process was seamless and the support desk answered my questions. I could tell that the entire staff wanted to provide me the best in product and service. It would be easy these days to cut corners both in quality and service but not the case in my experience. The jacket design and material was not only purposeful but of a level you would find only in the higher end boutiques, Gorsuch Clothing comes to mind but at a fraction of the cost. Clearly the leadership in this company has set some very high marks and standards to compete in this online space.
